Abstract

従って、ヒートシール装置1Aによれば、帯状の被加工シート2を一対のパターンブロック4により挟み付けられた加圧した状態を維持したまま、各パターンブロック4の温度を低下させ、帯状の被加工シート2の溶融部を溶融状態から固化状態に移行することができるので、施されたシール部20のシール強度が不安定になり難い。また、上述したように、シール後に、各パターンブロック4が短時間で設定温度まで回復するので、帯状の被加工シート2に間欠的にシール部20を連続的に施すことができる。
第2実施形態のヒートシール装置1B(以下、「ヒートシール装置1B」ともいう)については、第1実施形態のヒートシール装置1Aと異なる点について説明する。特に説明しない点は、第1実施形態のヒートシール装置1Aと同様であり、第1実施形態のヒートシール装置1Aの説明が適宜適用される。
従って、ヒートシール装置1Bによれば、帯状の被加工シート2を一対のパターンブロック4により挟み付けられた加圧した状態を維持したまま、各パターンブロック4の温度を低下させ、帯状の被加工シート2の溶融部を溶融状態から固化状態に移行することができるので、施されたシール部20のシール強度が不安定になり難い。また、上述したように、シール後に、各パターンブロック4が短時間で設定温度まで回復するので、帯状の被加工シート2に間欠的にシール部20を連続的に施すことができる。

Claims (6)
- 重ね合わされた帯状の被加工シートを、相対向する一対のシールブロック体間に供給通過させて、該被加工シートに間欠的にシールを施すヒートシール装置であって、
一対の前記シールブロック体それぞれは、前記被加工シートにシールを施す該シールブロック体の先端に固定されたパターンブロックと、該シールブロック体の内部に、該パターンブロックを加熱するヒーターブロックとを有し、
前記ヒーターブロックは、前記パターンブロックと離間可能に備えられており、
相対向する一対の前記パターンブロックにより前記被加工シートを挟み付けてシールし、
一対の前記シールブロック体の前記ヒーターブロックそれぞれは、シール時に前記パターンブロックと離間し、シール後に前記パターンブロックと接触するヒートシール装置。 - 前記シールブロック体は、一対の前記シールブロック体の対向する方向に貫通する貫通口を有し、
前記シールブロック体の前記ヒーターブロックは、前記貫通口内を移動自在に嵌挿された突出杆と、該突出杆の反対側に配されたスプリングとを有し、
前記シールブロック体の前記ヒーターブロックは、シール時に、前記突出杆が押され前記スプリングの弾性力に抗して、該突出杆を介して前記パターンブロックと離間し、シール後に前記スプリングの付勢力により前記パターンブロックと接触する請求項1に記載のヒートシール装置。 - 前記貫通口は、一対の前記シールブロック体それぞれの前記パターンブロックに形成され、且つ帯状の被加工シートの供給方向と直交する方向の該パターンブロックの両端部それぞれに形成されている請求項2に記載のヒートシール装置。
- 前記ヒーターブロックは、加熱するヒーターを備え、
前記シールブロック体の前記パターンブロックは、前記ヒーターの温度センサを備えている請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のヒートシール装置。 - 前記シールブロック体の前記パターンブロックは、その温度を下げる冷却手段を備えている請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のヒートシール装置。
- 前記冷却手段は、前記パターンブロックにおける帯状の被加工シートの供給方向と直交する方向の両端間に亘って貫通する空気口を有し、該空気口に空気を噴き通すことにより前記パターンブロックの温度を下げる請求項5に記載のヒートシール装置。
