Abstract
【解決手段】収容部(培養チャンバー部7)と、圧力伝達部(8)と、培養液循環路(培養回路30)とを備える加圧循環培養装置である。収容部は、培養液(14)が溜められるとともに、被培養物(62)を収容させる手段である。圧力伝達部は、前記収容部と連通させ、外部圧力を前記培養液に伝達させる手段である。培養液循環路は、前記圧力伝達部を介して前記収容部に接続され、前記培養液を前記圧力伝達部を通して前記収容部に循環させる手段である。斯かる構成を備え、外部圧力を前記圧力伝達部を介して前記培養液に作用させ、前記収容部にある前記被培養物に対する加圧と、前記収容部の前記培養液の循環とが行える。

Claims (6)
- 培養液が溜められるとともに、被培養物を収容させる収容部と、
前記収容部と連通させ、外部圧力を前記培養液に伝達させる圧力伝達部と、
前記圧力伝達部を介して前記収容部に接続され、前記培養液を前記圧力伝達部を通して前記収容部に循環させる培養液循環路と、
を備え、外部圧力を前記圧力伝達部を介して前記培養液に作用させ、前記収容部にある前記被培養物に対する加圧と、前記収容部の前記培養液の循環とを行えることを特徴とする、加圧循環培養装置。 - 更に、前記圧力伝達部に加圧回路を介して接続された圧力発生源を備え、該圧力発生源に発生させた前記外部圧力を前記加圧回路により前記圧力伝達部に供給することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の加圧循環培養装置。
- 更に、前記培養液循環路に設置され、前記圧力伝達部の上流側で前記培養液の循環を閉止する第1の弁と、
前記培養液循環路に設置され、前記収容部の下流側で前記培養液の循環を閉止する第2の弁とを備え、
前記収容部の前記被培養物は、前記圧力伝達部に作用させた外部圧力を前記培養液を通して受け、
また、前記収容部及び前記圧力伝達部の前記培養液は、前記第1の弁の開放状態及び前記第2の弁の閉止状態により外部圧力で前記収容部及び前記圧力伝達部に引き込まれ、前記第1の弁の閉止状態及び前記第2の弁の開放状態により外部圧力で前記収容部及び前記圧力伝達部から流出させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の加圧循環培養装置。 - 培養本体部を備え、この培養本体部に前記収容部と、前記圧力伝達部とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の加圧循環培養装置。
- 前記圧力伝達部は、前記培養液を溜める培養液溜め部と、この培養液溜め部に圧力伝達膜を介して設置され、外部圧力を作用させる外部圧力作用部とを備え、外部圧力によって前記圧力伝達膜を進退させて前記培養液に外部圧力を伝達することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の加圧循環培養装置。
- 培養液が溜められるとともに、被培養物を収容させる収容部と、
前記収容部と連通させ、外部圧力を前記培養液に伝達させる圧力伝達部と、
前記圧力伝達部を介して前記収容部に接続され、前記培養液を前記圧力伝達部を通して前記収容部に循環させる培養液循環路と、
を備える複数の培養ユニットとともに、これら培養ユニットの前記圧力伝達部に付与する外部圧力を発生する加圧駆動部を備え、
前記加圧駆動部に発生させた前記外部圧力を前記圧力伝達部を介して前記培養液に作用させ、各培養ユニットの前記収容部にある前記被培養物に対する加圧と、前記収容部の前記培養液の循環とを行えることを特徴とする、加圧循環培養システム。
