Abstract
【解決手段】この発明の溶接用エンドタブ1は、母材4、4の溶接溝5の端部に配設され、溶接溝5を溶接線方向に延長する金属製の開先片2と、この開先片2を支持するとともに、溶接線と直交し、開先片2の端部からの溶接金属を塞き止める障壁部6を備えたセラミック製の基体3とからなり、開先片2と基体3とが、接着剤9によって接着されている。

Claims (4)
- 母材(4)(4)の溶接溝(5)の端部に配設され、溶接溝(5)を溶接線方向に延長する金属製の開先片(2)と、この開先片(2)を支持するとともに、溶接線と直交し、開先片(2)の端部からの溶接金属を塞き止める障壁部(6)を備えたセラミック製の基体(3)とからなる溶接用エンドタブであって、開先片(2)と基体(3)とが、接着剤(9)によって接着されていることを特徴とする溶接用エンドタブ。
- 溶接溝(5)と平行な方向の開先片(2)の幅(D)が5〜10ミリメートルとされ、溶接溝(5)と直交する方向の開先片(2)の幅(W)が5〜8ミリメートルとされている請求項1に記載の溶接用エンドタブ。
- 開先片(2)と母材(4)の熱伝導率が略同値とされている請求項1又は2に記載の溶接用エンドタブ。
- 接着剤(9)は、有機系接着剤である請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の溶接用エンドタブ。
