Claims (3)
- 内部に光学素子を収容するための光学系部品において、
前記光学系部品の内壁面に、複数の微粒子を含む皮膜形成用樹脂からなる黒色塗装膜が被膜されており、
前記複数の微粒子は、複数の種類の形状からなることを特徴とする光学系部品。 - 前記微粒子は、高分子材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学系部品。
- 前記黒色塗装膜の上に、更に、フッ素系化合物からなる層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光学系部品。
