Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に基づき、可動子(2)内に衝突プランジャ(4)が可動に支承されており、非通電状態においてプランジャ端面(40)と磁極コア(10)との間の間隔が、可動子端面(20)と磁極コア(10)との間の間隔よりも小さいことを提案する。

Claims (17)
- 可動子室内で支承された可動子を少なくとも有する電磁石であって、前記可動子室がスプールによって取り囲まれており、該スプールが電流を供給可能な多数のコイルを支持しており、通電時に発生する磁界が前記可動子を磁極コアに向かって運動させる形式のものにおいて、
可動子(2)内に衝突プランジャ(4)が可動に支承されており、非通電状態においてプランジャ端面(40)と磁極コア(10)との間の間隔が、可動子端面(20)と磁極コア(10)との間の間隔よりも小さいことを特徴とする、可動子を備えた電磁石。 - 磁極コア(10)に面したプランジャ端面(40)が、可動子端面(20)に比べて突出している、請求項1記載の電磁石。
- 可動子(2)内に弾性部材(41)、特に衝突プランジャ(4)のためのプランジャばね(42)が設けられており、通電時に可動子(2)が磁極コア(10)に向かって運動され且つプランジャ端面(40)が磁極コア(10)に接触すると、前記弾性部材(41)が圧縮される、請求項1又は2記載の電磁石。
- 可動子(2)内に、衝突プランジャ(4)を収容するための軸方向の貫通開口(21)が設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 衝突プランジャ(4)を収容するために、可動子(2)内に軸方向で配置された止まり穴が設けられているか、又は可動子端面(20)に切欠きが設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 弾性部材(41)が可動子(2)の1エレメントに支持されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 弾性部材(41)がシール部材(6)に支持されており、該シール部材(6)が可動子(2)内の、可動子端面(20)に対向位置する背面側において、室(29)内に配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 可動子(2)が操作ピンに作用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 衝突プランジャ(4)が、プランジャ端面(40)とは反対の側の脚部域(43)に拡張部(44)を有しており、該拡張部(44)がプランジャばね(42)により、非通電状において可動子(2)のインナストッパ(23)に向かって押圧される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 可動子(2)に可動子戻しばね(28)が配置されており、該可動子戻しばね(28)の作用方向が、磁極コア(10)に向かう可動子(2)の運動とは逆方向に向けられている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 可動子戻しばね(28)が、止まり穴又は貫通開口(21)の、磁極コア(10)に面した領域に配置されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 前記室(29)が、前記背面側(22)とは反対の側にシール部材(6)のための接触ショルダ(200)又はインナコーン(201)を有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- プランジャばね(42)が、可動子戻しばね(28)よりも強く又は弱く形成されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 可動子(2)が、管成形部材の部分として形成されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 衝突プランジャ(4)が、金属、鋼、軽金属、プラスチック又は繊維強化プラスチックから成っている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石。
- 請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の電磁石を有する弁、特に空圧弁であって、可動子が、磁極コアとは反対の側にシール部材を支持しており、該シール部材が弁のシール座と協働することを特徴とする、弁。
- 可動子室(14)若しくは可動子(2)の内部が制御されるべき媒体によって満たされている、請求項16記載の弁。
