Abstract
【解決手段】操作レバー13の操作に基づき、バッテリ電力によりインバータを介して電動機10を駆動する構成を前提として、漏電検出用信号出力手段19により、バッテリ8に接続された直流母線15,15と機械のボディとの間に漏電検出用の電圧信号を加えるとともに、その信号を信号検出手段20によって検出し、検出された電圧信号の波高値に基づいて漏電状態の有無を判定する。この場合、判定中に操作レバー13が操作されたときは、電動機10の作動によりバッテリ電圧が変動して誤検出のおそれがあるため、判定を休止するように構成した。

Description
ステップS1でレバー操作があったか否かを判断し、操作無し(NO)の場合は漏電検出フローに、操作有りの場合は漏電検出休止フローにそれぞれ入る。
ステップS1でYES(レバー操作が有った)となると、漏電検出を中断するべく、まず、ステップS14で、カウント開始から中断までの低波高値時間のカウント値(検出カウント値1)がしきい値である検出カウント設定値1よりも大きいか否かが判断され、NO(小さい)の場合はステップS15でこのカウント値がクリアされ、YES(大きい)の場合はステップ16でカウント値の保存(検出カウント値1を検出カウント値2に加算)が行われる。
(1) 発電電動機6がバッテリ電力によって電動機作用(エンジンアシスト作用)を行う場合にもバッテリ電圧が変動して漏電誤検出の可能性が生じるため、この発電電動機6の作動中は判定を休止する構成をとってもよい。

Claims (4)
- バッテリによりインバータを介して電動機を駆動する電動機駆動回路を備えた建設機械の漏電検出装置において、上記電動機駆動回路と機械のボディとの間に漏電検出用の電圧信号を加える信号出力手段と、この信号出力手段による電圧信号を検出する信号検出手段と、上記電動機が作動状態にあるか否かを検出する電動機作動検出手段と、上記漏電の有無を判定する判定手段とを具備し、この判定手段は、上記電動機作動検出手段によって上記電動機が作動していないことを条件として、上記信号検出手段によって検出された信号に基づいて漏電の有無を判定するように構成されたことを特徴とする建設機械の漏電検出装置。
- 上記判定手段は、上記信号検出手段によって検出される電圧信号の波高値が設定値以下である低波高値時間、及び設定値を超える高波高値時間をそれぞれカウントし、上記低波高値時間のカウント値が設定値以上の場合に漏電状態であると判定し、上記高波高値時間のカウント値が設定値以上の場合に漏電状態でないと判定する一方、判定中に上記電動機作動検出手段によって電動機の作動が検出された場合に、上記低波高値時間及び高波高値時間のカウントを中断するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の建設機械の漏電検出装置。
- 上記判定手段は、上記低波高値時間及び高波高値時間のカウント開始から中断までのカウント値が設定値以上の場合にこのカウント値を保存し、設定値未満の場合はカウント値をクリアするように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の建設機械の漏電検出装置。
- 上記判定手段は、上記低波高値時間及び高波高値時間のカウントの中断が設定時間以上継続した場合は、そのカウント値をクリアするように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の建設機械の漏電検出装置。
