- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のNi基合金を用いることを特徴とする蒸気タービンプラント用ボイラチューブ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のNi基合金を用いることを特徴とする蒸気タービンプラント用ボルト。
