Abstract
【解決手段】複数の分注ヘッドが縦m個、横n個のm×nのアレイ(m、n≧1)を形成し、複数の分注ヘッドの縦方向と横方向の配列ピッチを変えることのできる機構を備え、この機構は、分注位置に対応する配列で孔を有する板と該配列に対して相似な配列で孔を有する板とを間隔をもって上下に配置し、該複数の分注ヘッドを該二枚の板の相似対称な位置関係にある孔を貫通することによって摺動自在に保持し、該二枚の板の間隔を狭めたり拡げたりすることにより、複数の分注ヘッドの相対的な傾斜角度を変えて、注出口のピッチを変更する。

Claims (2)
- 先端部に注出部を有する複数の分注ヘッドを有する分注装置であって、該複数の分注ヘッドが縦m個、横n個のm×nのアレイ(m、n≧1)を形成し、該複数の分注ヘッドの縦方向と横方向の配列ピッチを変えることのできる機構を備え、
前記機構は、分注位置に対応する配列で孔を有する板と該配列に対して相似な配列で孔を有する板とを間隔をもって上下に配置し、該複数の分注ヘッドを該二枚の板の相似対称な位置関係にある孔を貫通することによって摺動自在に保持し、該二枚の板の間隔を狭めたり拡げたりすることにより、前記複数の分注ヘッドの相対的な傾斜角度を変えて、前記注出口のピッチを変更する、ことを特徴とする分注装置。 - 前記分注ヘッドを注出口を含め全体を微細管で構成した、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分注装置。
