Abstract
【解決手段】第一のガス拡散層11及びその周縁部に一体的に成形された第一のガスケット12と、第二のガス拡散層13及びその周縁部に一体的に成形された第二のガスケット14と、前記第一のガスケット12と第二のガスケット14を互いに連結するヒンジ部15を備え、電解質膜の両面に触媒電極層を設けた膜−電極複合体2を厚さ方向両側から挟持するガス拡散層一体型ガスケット1であって、第一のガスケット12又は第二のガスケット14における膜−電極複合体2との密接面にシール突条12cが形成されている。

Claims (2)
- 第一のガス拡散層及びその周縁部に一体的に成形された第一のガスケットと、第二のガス拡散層及びその周縁部に一体的に成形された第二のガスケットと、前記第一のガスケットと第二のガスケットを互いに連結するヒンジ部を備え、電解質膜の両面に触媒電極層を設けた膜−電極複合体を厚さ方向両側から挟持するものであって、前記第一のガスケット又は第二のガスケットにおける前記膜−電極複合体との密接面にシール突条が形成されたことを特徴とする燃料電池用ガス拡散層一体型ガスケット。
- 第一のガスケットに嵌合突部が形成され、第二のガスケットに、前記嵌合突部と嵌合可能な嵌合穴又は嵌合凹部が、ヒンジ部を対称軸として前記嵌合突部と対称となる位置に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用ガス拡散層一体型ガスケット。
