Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による噴霧用バインダー組成物は、ポリビニルアルコール、防腐剤、消泡剤及び精製水からなる第1溶液を200乃至400重量部、及び硼酸、塩基性化合物、グリセリン及び精製水からなる第2溶液を100重量部、含んで構成される。また、本発明による噴霧用バインダー組成物は、2液型の二成分が噴霧されると同時に化学的結合が行われ得るので、少量でも優れた接着力が期待でき、物性が長期間保持される効果がある。

Description
複数の噴霧ノズルが備えられたスプレー装置に、第1溶液200重量部と第2溶液100重量部をそれぞれの噴霧ノズルにそれぞれ連結し、また他のノズルに満たされているガラスウールを、第1溶液及び第2溶液と同時にスチール面に噴霧し、28日間乾燥した。
複数の噴霧ノズルが備えられたスプレー装置に、第1溶液300重量部と第2溶液100重量部をそれぞれの噴霧ノズルにそれぞれ連結し、また他のノズルに満たされているガラスウールを第1溶液及び第2溶液と同時にスチール面に噴霧し、28日間乾燥した。
複数の噴霧ノズルが備えられたスプレー装置に第1溶液400重量部と第2溶液100重量部をそれぞれの噴霧ノズルにそれぞれ連結し、また他のノズルに満たされているガラスウールを第1溶液及び第2溶液と同時に噴霧し、28日間乾燥した。
ビニルアセテートからなるバインダー100重量部に精製水800重量部を混合してスチール面にガラス繊維粉末と同時に噴霧し、28日間乾燥した。
接着強度=最大荷重(kg)/ガラスウール面と接着されるギャップの断面積(m2)
Claims (5)
- ポリビニルアルコール1乃至30重量部、防腐剤0.01乃至5重量部、消泡剤0.05乃至5重量部及び精製水70乃至99重量部からなる第1溶液を200乃至400重量部、及び、硼酸、塩基性化合物、グリセリン及び精製水からなる第2溶液を100重量部含んで構成される、噴霧用バインダー組成物。
- 前記防腐剤は、5‐クロロ‐2‐メチル‐4‐イソチアゾリン‐3‐オン及び2‐メチル‐4‐イソチアゾリン‐3‐オンを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の噴霧用バインダー組成物。
- 前記第2溶液は、硼酸1乃至30重量部、塩基性化合物0.1乃至10重量部、グリセリン0.5乃至10重量部及び精製水70乃至99重量部を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の噴霧用バインダー組成物。
- 前記消泡剤は、非イオン界面活性剤のポリエチレングリコールに精製水を混合してなる、請求項1に記載の噴霧用バインダー組成物。
- 前記塩基性化合物は、水酸化カリウム0.1乃至10重量部または水酸化ナトリウム0.1乃至10重量部を含んでなる、請求項3に記載の噴霧用バインダー組成物。
