Abstract
【解決手段】ポリアルキレングリコールなどのエーテル系潤滑油に対し、エステル系潤滑油、アルコール系摩擦低減剤、オレフィン系摩擦低減剤、ポリオレフィン系潤滑油、アルキル芳香族系潤滑油、シリコーン系潤滑油などのポリオキシアルキレン構造を有しない潤滑油性成分、又はベンゾトリアゾールなどの金属不活性化剤を添加して、ワックス状の固形物が冷凍回路内に生成するのを防止する。

Claims (17)
- 冷媒を圧縮するベーンロータリ圧縮機を備える冷凍回路において、前記冷媒はその一部又は全部として不飽和フッ化炭化水素冷媒を含有し、冷凍機油がポリオキシアルキレン構造を有するエーテル系潤滑油からなり、前記エーテル系潤滑油が、ポリオキシアルキレン構造を有しない潤滑油性成分及び金属不活性化剤から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有することを特徴とする冷凍回路。
- 冷媒を圧縮するベーンロータリ圧縮機を備える冷凍回路の改良法において、前記冷媒がその一部又は全部として不飽和フッ化炭化水素冷媒を含有し、冷凍機油がポリオキシアルキレン構造を有するエーテル系潤滑油からなり、前記エーテル系潤滑油がポリオキシアルキレン構造を有しない潤滑油性成分及び金属不活性化剤から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有することにより、前記圧縮機の運転に伴い惹起される前記不飽和フッ化炭化水素冷媒の分解と重合性分解物の重合に起因する重合パラフィンの生成とを防止することを特徴とする冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記不飽和フッ化炭化水素冷媒が分子末端にCH2=CH−又はCH2=CF−の基を有する不飽和フッ化炭化水素冷媒である請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記不飽和フッ化炭化水素冷媒がHFO1234yf及びHFO1234Zeの少なくとも1種である請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記潤滑油性成分がエステル系潤滑油である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記潤滑油性成分が多価アルコールと1価脂肪酸とから誘導されるポリオールエステルからなるエステル系潤滑油である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記潤滑油性成分がアルコール系摩擦低減剤である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記潤滑油性成分が炭素原子数2〜25の脂肪族多価アルコールからなるアルコール系摩擦低減剤である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記潤滑油性成分がオレフィン系摩擦低減剤である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記潤滑油性成分が炭素原子数10〜18のオレフィンからなるオレフィン系摩擦低減剤である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記潤滑油性成分がポリα−オレフィンからなるポリオレフィン系潤滑油である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記潤滑油性成分がアルキル芳香族系潤滑油である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記潤滑油性成分がアルキルベンゼン及びアルキルナフタレンから選ばれるアルキル芳香族系潤滑油である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記潤滑油性成分がシリコーン系潤滑油である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記金属不活性化剤がベンゾトリアゾール系化合物である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記エーテル系潤滑油が酸補足剤を含有する請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
- 前記エーテル系潤滑油が酸補足剤として炭素原子数8〜25のエポキシアルカンを含有する請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍回路又は冷凍回路の改良法。
