Abstract
【解決手段】製銑及び/又は製鋼段階にて副次的に発生する副生ガスを、水酸化カルシウム水溶液中でバブリングし、水酸化カルシウムと副生ガス中の二酸化炭素を反応させ、該副生ガス中から二酸化炭素を除去し、可燃成分比率を上昇させることにより、該副生ガスの単位体積当りの発熱量を大きくする副生ガスの処理方法である。

Claims (4)
- 製銑及び/又は製鋼段階にて副次的に発生する副生ガスを、水酸化カルシウム水溶液中でバブリングし、水酸化カルシウムと副生ガス中の二酸化炭素を反応させ、該副生ガス中から二酸化炭素を除去し、可燃成分比率を上昇させることにより、該副生ガスの単位体積当りの発熱量を大きくすることを特徴とする副生ガスの処理方法。
- 前記副生ガスのバブリングは、4〜200kPaのガス圧にて行なう、請求項1に記載の副生ガスの処理方法。
- 前記バブリング後の水酸化カルシウム水溶液を、大気圧条件下まで減圧し、該水溶液中に残留する副生ガスを気化させて回収する、請求項1又は2に記載の副生ガスの処理方法。
- 前記水酸化カルシウム水溶液中の水酸化カルシウムと、副生ガス中の二酸化炭素との反応産物である炭酸カルシウムを回収する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の副生ガスの処理方法。
