Abstract
【解決手段】鋼帯加熱装置1は、鋼帯2の幅方向に延伸し、鋼帯2を加熱するバーナ3と、バーナ3の前後に平行に配置され、それぞれ鋼帯2に向かって空気を噴射してエアカーテンを形成する一対のエアノズル5と、バーナ3からエアノズル5まで延伸するベース部材4とを有し、鋼帯2、ベース部材4との隙間の前後をエアノズル5が形成したエアカーテンで封止して、バーナ3の燃焼ガスを鋼帯2の幅方向に案内する。

Claims (5)
- 鋼帯の幅方向に延伸し、前記鋼帯を加熱するバーナと、
前記バーナの前後に平行に配置され、それぞれ前記鋼帯に向かって空気を噴射してエアカーテンを形成する一対のエアノズルと、
前記バーナから前記エアノズルまで延伸するベース部材とを有することを特徴とする鋼帯加熱装置。 - 前記ベース部材は、前記バーナを支持する部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼帯加熱装置。
- 前記バーナ、前記エアノズルおよび前記ベース部材は、一体に、前記鋼帯の長さ方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鋼帯加熱装置。
- 前記エアノズルは、放電加工によってパイプに多数の微細な穴を形成したものであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の鋼帯加熱装置。
- 前記バーナは、酸素バーナであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の鋼帯加熱装置。
