Description
部分芳香族ポリアミド組成物を、70mm Werner & Pfleiderer twin screw extruder中での混合によって作製した: 15% ポリアミド6,6; 1,6−ヘキサンジアミン、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸(イソフタル酸:テレフタル酸の比率は3:7)から生成したものを含む34.1%のポリアミド; 0.4%のChimassorb(登録商標)944(Ciba Specialty Chemical,米国ニューヨーク州10591,Tarrytownの安定剤); 0.2%のIrganox(登録商標)1098(抗酸化剤、Ciba); 0.3%のCAV102(Clariant Corp.,米国ノースカロライナ州28205,Charlotteのワックス); および50%のPPG3660微細なガラス繊維(chopped glass fiber)(PPG Industries,米国ペンシルバニア州、Pittsburgh)。下流で横から供給する微細なガラス繊維以外の全ての原料は押出成形機の後ろ側で添加した。押出成形機の樽は280〜300℃に保った。組成物から顆粒を形成した。

充填剤1−か焼、アミノシラン被覆、カオリン、Polarite(登録商標)102A、Imerys Co.,フランスParisより入手可能。
HS2−重量で7%KI、11%ジステアリン酸アルミニウム、および0.5%CuIを含む熱安定剤
Lube−Licowax(登録商標)PE190 − 離型剤として使用するポリエチレン・ワックス、Clariant Corp.米国ノースカロライナ州28205,Charlotteから入手可能。
高分子D−テレフタル酸、1,6−ジアミノヘキサン、および2−メチル−1,5−ジアミノペンタンの共重合体であるコポリアミドであり、それぞれのジアミンが等モル量ずつ存在するもの。
ワックス2−Licowax(登録商標)OP、Clariant Corp.米国ノースカロライナ州28205,Charlotteより入手可能。
Claims (14)
- 表面の少なくとも一部が金属でコーティングされた合成樹脂組成物を含む、携帯電子機器の構造部材。
- 請求項1記載の構造部材において、前記有機高分子は、熱可塑性物質が約100℃またはそれ以上のガラス転移点を有する場合、または熱硬化性樹脂が0.455MPaの負荷において約100℃またはそれ以上の熱たわみ温度を有する場合、である。
- 請求項1または3記載の構造部材において、前記金属コーティングの少なくとも1層は約5nm〜約200nmの平均粒子サイズを有するものである。
- 請求項1または2記載の構造部材において、前記金属コーティングの最も厚い層は少なくとも約500nmの平均粒子サイズを有するものである。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の構造部材において、前記金属コーティングは約0.010mm〜約1.3mmの厚みである。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の構造部材において、前記金属コーティングは約0.025mm〜約1.3mmの厚みである。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の構造部材において、前記構造部材の曲げ弾性率は前記合成樹脂組成物のそれの少なくとも2倍である。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の構造部材において、前記構造部材の曲げ弾性率は前記合成樹脂組成物のそれの少なくとも3倍である。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の構造部材は、アンテナとしてもまた機能するものである。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つの1若しくはそれ以上の構造部材を含む携帯用電子機器。
- 請求項10記載の携帯用電子機器において、前記構造部材は、前記携帯用電子機器の外側全体の目に見える表面領域の50%以下である。
- 請求項10記載の携帯用電子機器において、前記構造部材は、前記携帯用電子機器の外側全体の目に見える表面領域の25%以下である。
- 請求項10〜12のいずれか1つに記載の携帯用電子機器は、携帯電話、携帯情報端末、音楽記録再生装置、携帯DVDプレーヤー、電子マルチメーター、携帯電子ゲーム装置、またはモバイルPCである。
- 請求項10〜12のいずれか1つに記載の携帯用電子機器は携帯電話である。
