Claims (8)
- 航空機の複合表面上に落雷防護システムを形成する方法であって、
複合表面上に誘電性コーティングを形成し、当該誘電性コーティングで複合表面上に露出した金属機構を覆うこと、
誘電性コーティングと、接地機構を含む複合表面上の別の領域とを覆うパターンに金属接着促進剤を付与し、金属接着促進剤層を形成すること、及び
金属接着促進剤層の上に金属コーティングを形成し、金属機構を含む領域から接地機構までの経路を形成すること
を含む方法。 - 塗料接着促進剤を付与して塗料接着層を形成すること、及び
塗料接着層に塗料を付与すること
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 直接金属被覆法を用いて金属コーティングを形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 選択した誘電特性を有するコーティングから誘電性コーティングを形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 接着促進剤層が、ガラス及び金属酸化物を充填したエポキシ樹脂を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複合構成部品の表面の一部に付与されて、当該表面に露出する金属機構を覆う誘電性コーティング、及び
接地機構に電気的に接続し、且つ前記誘電性コーティングにより覆われる金属機構を包囲する領域内の誘電性コーティングを覆う導電性コーティング
を有する装置。 - 複合構成部品が航空機の外板であり、金属機構が外板を下部構造に接続する締め金具である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 誘電性コーティングが、特定の絶縁度を達成するように選択された誘電特性を有する材料から形成されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
