Claims (20)
- 哺乳類患者の消化器系の体腔に配置されているステントを回収するための回収器具であり、
前記ステントは一端に統合されている磁気要素を備えており、
該回収器具は、磁気部材であって哺乳類患者が全体を飲み込むのに適したサイズを有している磁気部材を備えており、
該磁気部材は、前記ステントの磁気要素に磁気的に結合させることができ且つ前記ステントを体腔から消化器系の本来の力によって取り外すことができるサイズとされている、回収器具。 - 前記ステントが哺乳類患者の膵管ステント又は胆管ステント内に配置されており、前記磁気部材が十二指腸の蠕動収縮によって下方へと移動せしめられる構造とされている、請求項1に記載の回収器具。
- 前記磁気要素と磁気部材との間の吸引力が約4ニュートン〜約10ニュートンである、請求項2に記載の回収器具。
- 前記磁気部材に結合されている尾部を更に備えており、該尾部は可換性材料によって作られており、前記磁気部材と尾部とが前記哺乳類患者によって一緒に飲み込まれるサイズとされている、請求項1に記載の回収器具。
- 前記尾部が細長く且つ長さが前記磁気部材の長さよりも長い、請求項4に記載の回収器具。
- 前記尾部が管状である、請求項4に記載の回収器具。
- 前記管状の尾部の直径が、該管状尾部が前記磁気部材から突出するにつれて増大している、請求項6に記載の回収器具。
- 前記尾部が複数のストリップによって形成されている、請求項4に記載の回収器具。
- 前記尾部が1以上の繋留具によって前記磁気部材に結合されたシートである、請求項4に記載の回収器具。
- 前記シートと繋留具とがパラシュートを形成する構造とされている、請求項9に記載の回収器具。
- 哺乳類患者の消化器系において使用するための医療装置であり、
磁気要素が端部に結合されているステントと、
回収器具であって、磁気部材を備え且つ哺乳類患者が全体を飲み込むことができるサイズとされている回収器具とを備えており、
前記磁気要素と磁気部材とのうちの少なくとも一方が磁石を有しており、前記磁気部材がステントの前記磁気要素に磁気的に結合されて前記ステントを取り外すことができるようになされている、医療器具。 - 前記ステントが哺乳類患者の消化器系の体腔内に配置されており、
前記磁気要素と前記磁気部材との結合によって、前記回収器具に作用する前記消化器系の本来の力による前記体腔からの前記ステントの取り外しが可能なようになされている、請求項11に記載の医療器具。 - 前記回収器具が前記磁気部材に結合されている尾部を備えており、該尾部は可換性材料によって作られており、前記磁気部材と前記尾部とが哺乳類患者によって一緒に嚥下されるサイズとされている、請求項11に記載の医療器具。
- 前記尾部が細長く且つその長さが前記磁気部材の長さよりも長い、請求項13に記載の医療器具。
- 前記尾部が複数のストリップによって形成されている、請求項13に記載の医療器具。
- 哺乳類患者の消化器系の体腔に配置されているステントであって端部に結合された磁気要素を有しているステントを回収する方法であり、
哺乳類患者が飲み込むのに適したサイズを有している磁気部材であって、前記ステントの磁気要素に磁気的に結合することができる磁気部材を設けるステップと、
前記磁気部材を前記ステントの前記磁気要素に磁気的に結合させるステップと、
前記ステントを、前記体腔から前記磁気部材に作用する消化器系の本来の作用によって取り除くステップと、
前記磁気部材と前記ステントとを消化器系から取り除くステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記磁気部材とステントとを、前記消化器系内を自然に通過させるステップを更に含んでいる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記磁気部材全体が飲み込まれる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 第二の磁気部材であって哺乳類患者によって嚥下されるのに適したサイズであって、前記ステントの磁気部材に磁気的に結合させることができる第二の磁気部材を設けるステップと、
前記第二の磁気部材を飲み込ませるステップと、を含んでいる請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記第二の磁気部材が前記磁気部材と異なる構造とされている、請求項19に記載の方法。
