Claims (11)
- 低圧、中圧又は高圧のスイッチギヤアセンブリであって、少なくとも1つの短絡装置が設けられており、該短絡装置において、可動接点片が、推進薬又はガス発生器によって、固定接点片へ閉じられることができる形式のものにおいて、
短絡装置が、真空断続器室に配置されており、固定接点片が配置されている真空領域が、膜を備えたカバーを介して分割されており、前記膜が、弱い破断線を具備しており且つ、スイッチングの時に可動接点片によって貫通されることができることを特徴とする、低圧、中圧又は高圧のスイッチギヤアセンブリ。 - 可動接点が、作動していない状態において、先端に配置されており、真空気密シールを形成する膜を貫通することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の中圧スイッチギヤアセンブリ。
- 可動接点片が、膜に溶接、螺合又はろう接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の中圧スイッチギヤアセンブリ。
- 可動接点片が、ピストン・シリンダ装置に結合されており、該ピストン・シリンダ装置がガス発生器によって作用されることができ、ピストンの下面に切断エッジが配置されており、該切断エッジが、作動時に前記弱い破断線を貫通するようになっており、前記切断エッジが、膜の破断線の僅かに上方の高さに位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の中圧スイッチギヤアセンブリ。
- 前記ピストンが、導電性材料から形成されており、可動接点片と導電性の接続を形成するようになっており、ピストンの走行面に環状のすり接点が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の中圧スイッチギヤアセンブリ。
- ガス発生器が、化学的な推進薬チャージを備えたカートリッジとして形成されており、該カートリッジが、ねじ結合を介して挿入及び固定されることができ、前記ねじ結合が、スイッチング室のハウジングの適切な箇所において取り付けられることができることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の中圧スイッチギヤアセンブリ。
- ピストン・シリンダ装置を有する短絡装置の上側部分が金属材料から形成されており、短絡装置の下側部分が、絶縁体から成る真空断続器室を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の中圧スイッチギヤアセンブリ。
- 真空断続器室又は該真空断続器室の誘電性材料がセラミック材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の中圧スイッチギヤアセンブリ。
- 可動接点片の先端に外側円錐が設けられており、固定接点片に、外側円錐に対して相補的な内側円錐が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の中圧スイッチギヤアセンブリ。
- スイッチングの時に外側円錐が内側円錐に入り込むことによって機械的な自己ロッキングが生じるように、前記円錐の側面が角度付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の中圧スイッチギヤアセンブリ。
- 前記ピストンが、スイッチングの時にピストンリングとして働く周方向溝を有しており、該周方向溝が、ピストンとシリンダとの間の封止を提供することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の中圧スイッチギヤアセンブリ。
