ＣＵＶＡＮ（登録商標）８２６ ０．１０％
８９０の数平均分子量（Ｍｎ）を有するポリ（トリメチレン−エチレンエーテル）グリコール（２５重量％）および例１のＰＯ３Ｇエステル（７５重量％）を混合し、以下の添加剤（合計組成物重量を基準にした重量％）を加えることにより、潤滑油組成物を調製した。表３に、ブレンド流体の潤滑特性を示す。

以上、本発明を要約すると下記のとおりである。
１．（ｉ）周囲温度で流体であるポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールの酸エステルを含むベース流体ストックと、（ii）１つ以上の潤滑油添加剤とを含む潤滑油組成物。
２．ベース流体ストックが、潤滑油組成物の総質量を基準にして、約５０質量％またはそれ以上である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
３．ベース流体ストックが、潤滑油組成物の総質量を基準にして、約７５質量％またはそれ以上である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
４．ベース流体ストックが、潤滑油組成物の総質量を基準にして、約９５質量％またはそれ以上である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
５．ベース流体ストックが、本質的にポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールの酸エステルからなる上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
６．ポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールの酸エステルが、酸エステルの質量を基準にして、約５０〜１００質量％のジエステルおよび０〜約５０質量％のモノエステルを含む上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
７．潤滑油添加剤が、無灰分散剤、金属洗剤、粘度調整剤、摩耗防止剤、酸化防止剤、摩擦調整剤、流動点降下剤、消泡剤、腐食防止剤、解乳化剤または防錆剤の少なくとも１つを含む上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
８．潤滑油添加剤が、ベース流体において、少なくとも５０％混和性である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
９．潤滑油組成物が、実質的に沈殿または相分離のない、成分の実質的に均一な混合物である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１０．ポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールの酸エステルが、モノカルボン酸および／または等価体の酸エステルである上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１１．モノカルボン酸が、式Ｒ−ＣＯＯＨを有し、式中、Ｒは、６〜４０個の炭素原子を含有する置換または非置換芳香族、脂肪族または脂環式有機部分である上記１０に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１２．ポリトリメチレングリコールの酸エステルが、式（Ｉ）の１つまたはそれ以上の化合物であり、
式中、Ｑはヒドロキシル基引き抜き後のポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールの残基を表わし、Ｒ２はＨまたはＲ３ＣＯであり、Ｒ１およびＲ３はそれぞれ独立して、６〜４０個の炭素原子を含有する置換または非置換芳香族、飽和脂肪族、不飽和脂肪族または脂環式有機基である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１３．酸エステルが、少なくとも約２５０〜約３０００未満の数平均分子量を有するポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールを基準にした数平均分子量を有する上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１４．酸エステルが、生物学的に生産された１，３−プロパンジオールから製造される上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１５．酸エステルの粘度が、４０℃で約２０ｃＳ〜約１５０ｃＳである上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１６．酸エステルの粘度が、４０℃で約１００ｃＳ以下である上記１５に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１．（ｉ）周囲温度で流体であるポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールの酸エステルを含むベース流体ストックと、（ii）１つ以上の潤滑油添加剤とを含む潤滑油組成物。
２．ベース流体ストックが、潤滑油組成物の総質量を基準にして、約５０質量％またはそれ以上である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
３．ベース流体ストックが、潤滑油組成物の総質量を基準にして、約７５質量％またはそれ以上である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
４．ベース流体ストックが、潤滑油組成物の総質量を基準にして、約９５質量％またはそれ以上である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
５．ベース流体ストックが、本質的にポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールの酸エステルからなる上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
６．ポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールの酸エステルが、酸エステルの質量を基準にして、約５０〜１００質量％のジエステルおよび０〜約５０質量％のモノエステルを含む上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
７．潤滑油添加剤が、無灰分散剤、金属洗剤、粘度調整剤、摩耗防止剤、酸化防止剤、摩擦調整剤、流動点降下剤、消泡剤、腐食防止剤、解乳化剤または防錆剤の少なくとも１つを含む上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
８．潤滑油添加剤が、ベース流体において、少なくとも５０％混和性である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
９．潤滑油組成物が、実質的に沈殿または相分離のない、成分の実質的に均一な混合物である上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１０．ポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールの酸エステルが、モノカルボン酸および／または等価体の酸エステルである上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１１．モノカルボン酸が、式Ｒ−ＣＯＯＨを有し、式中、Ｒは、６〜４０個の炭素原子を含有する置換または非置換芳香族、脂肪族または脂環式有機部分である上記１０に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１２．ポリトリメチレングリコールの酸エステルが、式（Ｉ）の１つまたはそれ以上の化合物であり、
１３．酸エステルが、少なくとも約２５０〜約３０００未満の数平均分子量を有するポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールを基準にした数平均分子量を有する上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１４．酸エステルが、生物学的に生産された１，３−プロパンジオールから製造される上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１５．酸エステルの粘度が、４０℃で約２０ｃＳ〜約１５０ｃＳである上記１に記載の潤滑油組成物。
１６．酸エステルの粘度が、４０℃で約１００ｃＳ以下である上記１５に記載の潤滑油組成物。
Claims (1)
- （ｉ）周囲温度で流体であるポリトリメチレンエーテルグリコールの酸エステルを含むベース流体ストックと、（ii）１つ以上の潤滑油添加剤とを含む潤滑油組成物。
