Abstract
Description
本発明による交換器−反応器は、円筒形状を有するシェルからなり、該シェルは、上部円天井および下部底部によって閉じられ、その内部に熱伝達流体が移動し、該シェルは、複数の平行な管を封入し、該管は、実質的に垂直な軸を有し、該管の内側に、反応流体が移動し、反応管は、バヨネットタイプのものであり、反応器の横断面の面積(m2)当たり2〜12管の範囲の密度を有し、各バヨネット管の間の間隔または中心間距離は、外側管(6)の内径の2〜5倍の範囲であり、各バヨネット管の入口および出口は、反応器の外側に位置し、熱伝達流体は、縦長(longilinear)バーナ(8)を用いて現場で行われる燃焼によって得られ、該縦長バーナ(8)は、前記バヨネット管(4)の間に置かれ、三角形パターンを形成し、バーナの間の軸の中心距離は、バヨネット管の外側管(6)の径の2〜5倍である。
本発明の交換器−反応器は、高度に吸熱性の反応を950℃までに達し得る温度で行うことを目的とする。典型的には、それは、水素の生成を視野に入れて炭化水素留分、特に、ナフサまたは天然ガスを水蒸気改質するために用いられ得る。
下記実施例は、天然ガスを水蒸気改質することにより90000Nm3/時のH2を製造することを目的とする本発明に合致する交換器−反応器の寸法を与える。

多孔性バーナの長さ:5m;
多孔性バーナの数:470;
多孔性バーナ間の中心間距離:600mm。

Claims (9)
- 円筒形状を有するシェルからなる交換器−反応器であって、該シェルは、上部円天井および下部底部によって閉じられ、その内部に熱伝達流体が移動し、前記シェルは、実質的に垂直な軸を有する複数の平行な管を封入し、該複数の管の内部に、反応流体が移動し、該管は、バヨネットタイプのものであり、反応器の断面の面積(m2)当たり2〜12管の範囲の密度を有し、各バヨネット管の間の間隔または中心間距離は、外側管(6)の内径の2〜5倍の範囲であり、各バヨネット管の入口および出口は、反応器の外側に位置し、熱伝達流体は、縦長バーナ(8)を用いて現場で行われる燃焼によって得られ、該縦長バーナ(8)は、前記バヨネット管(4)の間に置かれ、三角形のパターンを形成し、バーナ間の軸の中心距離は、バヨネット管の外側管(6)の径の2〜5倍の範囲である、交換器−反応器。
- 各バヨネット管は、外側管(6)と実質的に同軸である円筒煙突(10)によって取り囲まれる、請求項1に記載の交換器−反応器。
- 各バヨネット管の内側管(5)は、反応器の外側における交換器−反応器の上部円天井に対して少なくとも1mの距離に位置する点において、垂直に対して30〜60°の角度で外側管(6)を貫通する、請求項1または2に記載の交換器−反応器。
- 各バヨネット管の内側管(5)は、主要供給管から供給され、該主要供給管は、N分枝に分枝され、各分枝は、1つの内側管(5)に供給し、Nは5〜100の範囲、好ましくは10〜50の範囲である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の交換器−反応器。
- 各バヨネット管の外側管(6)は、第一収集器に接続され、該第一収集器自体は、第二収集器に接続され、最終の収集器が2〜10の範囲のM番の収集器に相当するまで同様の接続を続ける、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の交換器−反応器。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の交換器−反応器を用いて炭化水素留分を水蒸気改質する方法であって、シェル側の圧力は、1〜10絶対バールの範囲であり、バヨネット管の内側の圧力は25〜50絶対バールの範囲である、方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の交換器−反応器を用いて炭化水素留分を水蒸気改質する方法であって、現場燃焼を行うために用いられる燃料は、水蒸気改質流出物の一部である、方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の交換器−反応器を用いて炭化水素留分を水蒸気改質する方法であって、熱伝達流体は、バヨネット管の外側壁(6)と前記管を取り囲む煙突(10)との間に含まれる環状スペース(11)の内側を、20〜50m/sの範囲の速さで移動する、方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の交換器−反応器を用いて炭化水素留分を水蒸気改質する方法であって、反応流体は、環状帯域(7)の入口端を介して導入され、流出物は、中心管(5)の出口端を介して回収される、方法。
