Claims (15)
- 第1の歯車セットと第2の歯車セットとを備える歯車・プーリ機構と、
前記第1の歯車セット及び前記第2の歯車セットと二者択一的に機械的に連結されるように構成された駆動プーリと、
内側細長部材を被覆するシースであって、前記駆動プーリと機械的に連動して、近位方向に後退し、再被覆のために遠位方向に動くように構成されたシースと、
を備える、管腔内器具を送り込むための装置。 - 前記駆動プーリが、前記シースを前記内側細長部材に対して近位方向に動かすために前記第2の歯車セットと選択的に機械的に連結され、また、前記シースを前記内側細長部材に対して遠位方向に動かすために前記第1の歯車セットと選択的に機械的に連結される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内側細長部材及び前記シースの長手方向軸線に沿って延在する安定化要素であって、前記シースが前記内側細長部材に対して動く間、前記管腔内器具の位置を固定する安定化要素をさらに備え、該安定化要素が、前記管腔内器具と機械的に係合された保持ワイヤとされている、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- ベルトが前記駆動プーリの周りに巻きつけられ、且つ前記シースと連結されており、

前記内側細長部材が前記装置の近位端に向かって延在し、前記内側細長部材が前記装置の前記近位端に固定的に接続される、請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記内側細長部材の前記近位端がルアー継手を備え、前記ルアー継手及び前記内側細長部材のそれぞれをルーメンが貫通する、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の歯車セットが第1の駆動歯車を備え、且つ前記第2の歯車セットが第2の駆動歯車を備え、前記第1の駆動歯車及び前記第2の駆動歯車が一方向ローラクラッチ軸受と、それら軸受を貫通して延在する駆動シャフトと、主駆動歯車であって、該主駆動歯車に装着された駆動シャフトによって前記第1の駆動歯車及び前記第2の駆動歯車と機械的に連結された主駆動歯車とを備える、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第1の歯車セットが第1のプーリ歯車を備え、且つ前記第2の歯車セットが第2のプーリ歯車を備え、前記第1のプーリ歯車及び前記第2のプーリ歯車が、前記駆動プーリとの係合及び離脱のためにシャフトに沿って摺動可能である、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記シースがベルトと連結され、且つ前記ベルトが、実質的な滑脱を防止するため前記駆動プーリの周りに少なくとも180度巻きつけられ、
前記ベルトが、前記駆動プーリの歯と係合する歯を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記駆動プーリの両側に配置されて前記駆動プーリの周りにベルトを巻きつける2つの遊び車をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- トリガをさらに備え、前記トリガは、ほぼ直線状のラックであり、並進運動可能で、且つ前記第1の歯車セット及び前記第2の歯車セットと係合した主駆動歯車と係合するように構成されたラックを備え、前記主駆動歯車は第1の駆動歯車及び第2の駆動歯車を回転させ、前記第1の駆動歯車が遊び歯車と係合して、前記遊び歯車が第1のプーリ歯車と係合し、さらに、前記第2の駆動歯車が第2のプーリ歯車と係合しており、前記駆動プーリは前記第1のプーリ歯車及び前記第2のプーリ歯車と選択的に機械的に連結されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の歯車セットが、第1のプーリ歯車と機械的に連結される遊び歯車を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の歯車セットが、第2のプーリ歯車と機械的に連結される第2の駆動歯車を備え、
前記第2のプーリ歯車が、前記外側細長シースを前記内側細長部材に対して近位方向に駆動するために前記駆動プーリと着脱可能に機械的に連結されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 第1の駆動歯車及び第2の駆動歯車と機械的に連結される主駆動歯車を係合するラックを備えるトリガをさらに備え、前記第1の駆動歯車が前記遊び歯車と機械的に連結され、且つ前記第2の駆動歯車が前記第2のプーリ歯車と機械的に連結される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記管腔内器具が、前記内側細長部材と前記外側細長シースとの間に配置される自己拡張型ステントである、請求項1に記載の装置。
