- 流体解析チップであって:
当該チップの外部と連通する、サンプル入口及びサンプル出口と、
互いに対応する内壁対がそれぞれの壁の一部又は全体でより大きな断面積を有するといった態様でチャネルの長手方向に形成される拡張部と、を有し、
前記サンプル入口と前記サンプル出口とが閉鎖チャネルを通じて互いに連通し、前記拡張部に隣接する前記チャネルを通過する流体が、互いに対応する前記チャネルの別の内壁対のみと接触しながら移動する、
流体解析チップ。 - 前記チャネルは、前記チャネルの長手方向に沿って延びるチャネル凹部であり、所定の深さと所定の深さとを有するチャネル凹部を有する第一基板と、第二基板とが互いに組み立てられるといった態様で形成され、前記チャネル凹部と連通する前記サンプル入口は、前記第一基板に形成され、前記拡張部は、前記第一基板の前記チャネル凹部の深さより深い深さを有する拡張凹部を含む、
請求項1に記載の流体解析チップ。 - 前記チャネルは、第一基板と、前記チャネルの長手方向に沿って延びるチャネル凹部であり、所定の幅と所定の深さとを有するチャネル凹部を有する第二基板とが互いに組み立てられるといった態様で形成され、前記チャネル凹部と連通する前記サンプル入口は、前記第一基板に形成され、前記拡張部は、前記第二基板の前記チャネル凹部の深さより深い深さを有する拡張凹部を含む、
請求項1に記載の流体解析チップ。 - 前記チャネルは、前記チャネルの長手方向に沿って延びるチャネル凹部であり、所定の深さと所定の深さとを有するチャネル凹部を有する第一基板と、第二基板とが互いに組み立てられるといった態様で形成され、前記チャネル凹部と連通する前記サンプル入口は、前記第一基板に形成され、前記拡張部は、前記第一基板の間隔毎に、前記チャネル凹部に沿って形成される拡張穴群を含む、
請求項1に記載の流体解析チップ。 - 前記拡張部は、前記チャネルと接触する内面を有し、該内面は、前記拡張部の深さが前記チャネルに向かって浅くなるといった態様で傾斜させられる、
請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の流体解析チップ。 - 互いに異なるサンプル入口群及び互いに異なるサンプル出口群のそれぞれと連通する少なくとも二つのチャネルが含まれる、
