Claims (14)
- 분석시료가 투입되는 투입구(11), 투입된 시료가 일차적으로 채워지는 제 1 리저버(12), 투입된 시료가 이차적으로 채워지는 제 2 리저버(13), 투입된 시료가 라벨링 물질과 반응하는 제 1 반응부(14), 라벨링된 시료가 항원-항체 반응과 같은 특이 반응(specific reaction)을 하는 제 2 반응부(15)로 이루어진 연통된 채널 구조를 갖는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 반응부(14), 제 2 반응부(15)가 한 쌍의 내벽을 따라 채널 깊이보다 더 깊게 함몰되는 확장부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 분석시료가 투입되는 투입구(21), 투입된 시료가 일차적으로 채워지는 리저버(22), 투입된 시료가 라벨링 물질과 반응하는 제 1 반응부(23), 라벨링된 시료가 항원-항체 반응과 같은 특이 반응(specific reaction)을 하는 제 2 반응부(24), 제 1 반응부와 제 2 반응부 사이에 위치하여 유속을 감소시키는 지연부(25)로 이루어진 연통된 채널 구조를 갖는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 반응부(23), 제 2 반응부(24), 지연부(25)가 한 쌍의 내벽을 따라 채널 깊이보다 더 깊게 함몰되는 확장부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 분석시료가 투입되는 투입구(31), 투입된 시료가 일차적으로 채워지는 제 1 리저버(32), 투입된 시료가 이차적으로 채워지는 제 2 리저버(33), 투입된 시료가 라벨링 물질과 반응하는 제 1 반응부(34), 라벨링된 시료가 항원-항체 반응과 같은 특이 반응(specific reaction)을 하는 제 2 반응부(35), 제 1 반응부와 제 2 반응부 사이에 위치하여 유속을 감소시키는 지연부(36)로 이루어진 연통된 채널 구조를 갖는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 반응부(34), 제 2 반응부(35), 지연부(36)가 한 쌍의 내벽을 따라 채널 깊이보다 더 깊게 함몰되는 확장부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 채널의 높이가 1㎛ 내지 20㎛이고, 전혈을 포함한 체액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리저버(12, 13, 22, 32, 33)의 바닥면에 패턴(16, 26, 37)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응부(14, 15, 23, 24, 34, 35)의 바닥면에 패턴(17, 27, 38)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 5항 또는 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 리저버(13, 33)의 윗면에 홀(18, 39)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 3항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지연부(25, 36)의 높이가 상기 미세채널 높이의 3 내지 20의 배율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 3항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지연부(25, 36)가 제 1 반응부(23, 34)에서 지연부를 향할수록 높아지는 경사면과 제 2 반응부(24, 35)와 이어지는 경사면 또는 수직면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 지연부(25, 36)의 전반에 위치한 경사면이 5°이상 60°이하의 기울기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 지연부(25, 36)의 후반에 위치한 경사면 또는 수직면이 지연부 내의 계면의 전단부와 후반부의 거리 차와 지연부의 높이에 의해 구성되는 경사각(41) 이상 90°이하의 기울기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
