Claims (20)
- 少なくとも1つの強化領域及び少なくとも1つの非強化領域を有する物品を製作する方法であって、
材料を準備するステップと、
前記材料の一部分に対して強化剤を施工するステップと、
前記材料を成形して、プリフォームを製作するステップと、
前記プリフォームに対して非強化樹脂を施工するステップと、
前記非強化樹脂を施工した前記プリフォームを硬化させて、前記少なくとも1つの強化領域及び少なくとも1つの非強化領域を生成し、該強化領域が少なくとも約1.0MPa−m1/2の破壊靭性を有する強化樹脂を含むようにするステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記強化剤が、ポリマー、ナノ繊維、ナノ粒子及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選ばれる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記材料が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、黒鉛繊維、アラミド繊維及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選ばれる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記非強化樹脂が、ビニルエステル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ビスマレイミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選ばれた樹脂である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記強化剤を施工するステップが、前記材料に対して該強化剤を接合して、前記非強化樹脂が施工されると該強化剤を含む該材料の一部分内に前記強化樹脂が生成されるようにするステップを含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記強化剤を施工するステップが、
該強化剤を前記非強化樹脂と組合せるステップと、
前記材料の一部分に対して強化樹脂を施工するステップと、を含む、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記物品が、ファンケーシング及び翼形部から成る群から選ばれたタービンエンジン構成部品である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 各強化領域及び非強化領域間に遷移領域をさらに含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記強化領域が、前記強化剤を含む前記材料の一部分に対応する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 取付けフランジ、取付け端部フランジ及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選ばれた少なくとも1つの強化フランジを前記少なくとも1つの強化領域に結合するステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記強化剤を施工するステップが、前記材料上に該強化剤を噴霧して、前記非強化樹脂が施工されると該強化剤を含む該材料の一部分内に前記強化樹脂が生成されるようにするステップを含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記物品の非強化領域が、衝突区域を含む、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記強化樹脂が、前記強化剤の約5〜約20重量%を含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの強化領域及び少なくとも1つの非強化領域を有する物品を製作する方法であって、
材料を準備するステップと、
前記材料の一部分に対して強化剤を施工するステップと、
前記材料を成形して、プリフォームを製作するステップと、
前記プリフォームに対して非強化樹脂を施工するステップと、
前記非強化樹脂を施工した前記プリフォームを硬化させて、前記少なくとも1つの強化領域及び少なくとも1つの非強化領域を生成し、該強化領域が、前記強化剤を含む該材料の一部分に対応し、該材料が、各強化領域及び非強化領域間に遷移領域を含み、また該強化領域が、少なくとも約1.0MPa−m1/2の破壊靭性を有する強化樹脂を含むようにするステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記強化剤が、ポリマー、ナノ繊維、ナノ粒子及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選ばれる、請求項14記載の方法。
- 各遷移領域が、平面方向、該平面に対する垂直方向、及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選ばれた配向で配置される、請求項14または15記載の方法。
- 前記材料が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、黒鉛繊維、アラミド繊維及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選ばれる、請求項14乃至16のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記材料の一部分に対して強化剤を施工するステップ及び材料を成形するステップが、同時に行われる、請求項14乃至17のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 取付けフランジ、取付け端部フランジ及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選ばれた少なくとも1つの強化フランジを前記少なくとも1つの強化領域に結合するステップをさらに含む、請求項14乃至18のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの強化領域及び少なくとも1つの非強化領域を有するファンケーシングを製作する方法であって、
材料を準備するステップと、
前記材料の一部分に対して強化剤を施工するステップと、
前記材料を成形して、ファンケーシングプリフォームを製作するステップと、
前記ファンケーシングプリフォームに対して非強化樹脂を施工するステップと、
前記非強化樹脂を施工した前記ファンケーシングプリフォームを硬化させて、前記少なくとも1つの強化領域及び少なくとも1つの非強化領域を生成し、該強化領域が、前記強化剤を含む該材料の一部分に対応し、また該強化領域が、少なくとも約1.0MPa−m1/2の破壊靭性を有する強化樹脂を含むようにするステップと、
を含む、方法。
