Claims (10)
- ガスタービンエンジン用の複合ファンケーシングであって、熱硬化性ポリマー樹脂で互いに接着された複数の強化繊維コア層を有するコアを含み、各前記コア層が、複数の編組した強化繊維を含み、前記強化繊維の編組が円周方向に整列していることを特徴とする複合ファンケーシング。
- 各前記コア層が、編組した強化繊維のマットを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合ファンケーシング。
- 前記コアの内側面及び該コアの外側面の少なくとも1つに接着された少なくとも1つのビルドアップ層をさらに含み、各前記ビルドアップ層が、複数の編組した強化繊維を含み、前記編組した繊維が、らせん状パターンで巻かれかつ熱硬化性樹脂で互いに接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合ファンケーシング。
- 前記コアの外側面に接着された少なくとも1つの補強材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合ファンケーシング。
- 前記強化繊維が、炭素繊維、黒鉛繊維、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維及び芳香族ポリアミド繊維の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合ファンケーシング。
- 前記熱硬化性ポリマー樹脂が、ビニールエステル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂及びポリウレタン樹脂の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合ファンケーシング。
- ガスタービンエンジン用の複合ファンケーシングの製造方法であって、
熱硬化性ポリマー樹脂で互いに接着された複数の強化繊維コア層を有し、各前記コア層が、繊維トウで形成された複数の編組した強化繊維を含み、前記強化繊維の編組が円周方向に整列したコアを成形する段階を具備することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記コアを成形する段階が、熱硬化性ポリマー樹脂で互いに接着された複数の編組した強化繊維コア層を有するコアを成形する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の製造方法。
- らせん状パターンで巻かれかつ熱硬化性樹脂で互いに接着された複数の編組した強化繊維を含む少なくとも1つのビルドアップ層を成形する段階と、
前記ビルドアップを前記コアの内側面及び該コアの外側面の少なくとも1つに接着する段階と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の製造方法。 - 少なくとも1つの補強材を前記コアの外側面に接着する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の製造方法。
