Claims (20)
- 一体型アブレイダブルシステムを有する複合材格納ケーシングの製造方法であって、
ポケットを有するマンドレルを用意し、
該ポケット内にサンドイッチ構造を配置し、
その中に該サンドイッチ構造を含む該ポケットを有する該マンドレルの周囲に少なくとも1層の材料を塗布して、格納ケーシングプリフォームを形成し、
該格納ケーシングプリフォームに樹脂を注入し、
該格納ケーシングプリフォームを硬化させて、格納ケーシングを形成し、
該格納ケーシングの該サンドイッチ構造に少なくとも1つのアブレイダブル層を塗布して、該一体型アブレイダブルシステムを有する該格納ケーシングを形成することからなる方法。 - 該サンドイッチ構造が、第1表面板と、少なくとも1つのコア層と、第2表面板とからなっており、該コア層が、セル構造、円柱構造、またはトラス構造のいずれかからなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該サンドイッチ構造が、炭素繊維、黒鉛繊維、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、アラミドポリマー繊維、およびそれらの組み合わせからなるグループから選択される材料からなる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 該格納ケーシングが、少なくとも1つのファンブレードを含むガスタービンエンジンのファンアセンブリ用のファンケーシングであり、該ファンケーシングが半径方向厚さを有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該格納ケーシングの該アブレイダブルシステムを該ファンアセンブリの該ファンブレードに隣接して配置することを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 該アブレイダブル層が低密度シンタクチックフィルムエポキシからなる、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該サンドイッチ構造が複数のコア層からなる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 該サンドイッチ構造が半径方向に強く円周方向に弱いものである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 該ポケットが、該ファンブレードの軸方向コード長の1〜3倍の幅と、該ファンケーシングの該半径方向厚さの1〜5倍の深さを有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 一体型アブレイダブルシステムを有する複合材格納ケーシングの製造方法であって、
内部を有する格納ケーシングを用意し、
サンドイッチ構造を用意し、
該サンドイッチ構造に樹脂を注入し、
該サンドイッチ構造を硬化させ、
該格納ケーシングの該内部の半径方向周囲に該サンドイッチ構造を接合し、
該格納ケーシングの該サンドイッチ構造に少なくとも1つのアブレイダブル層を塗布して、該一体型アブレイダブルシステムを有する該格納ケーシングを形成することからなる方法。 - 該サンドイッチ構造が、第1表面板と、少なくとも1つのコア層と、第2表面板とからなっており、該コア層が、セル構造、円柱構造、またはトラス構造のいずれかからなる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 該サンドイッチ構造が、炭素繊維、黒鉛繊維、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、アラミドポリマー繊維、およびそれらの組み合わせからなるグループから選択される材料からなる、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。

- 該格納ケーシングの該アブレイダブルシステムを該ファンアセンブリの該ファンブレードに隣接して配置することを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 該アブレイダブル層が低密度シンタクチックフィルムエポキシからなる、請求項10乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該サンドイッチ構造が複数のコア層からなる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 該サンドイッチ構造が半径方向に強く円周方向に弱いものである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 該ポケットが、該ファンブレードの軸方向コード長の1〜3倍の幅と、該ファンケーシングの該半径方向厚さの1〜5倍の深さを有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 一体型アブレイダブルシステムを有する複合材ファンケーシングの製造方法であって、
ポケットを有するマンドレルを用意し、
該ポケット内にサンドイッチ構造を配置し、
その中に該サンドイッチ構造を含む該ポケットを有する該マンドレルの周囲に少なくとも1層の材料を塗布して、ファンケーシングプリフォームを形成し、
