Abstract
これによる本発明は、互いに並行に並べて、円弧形に曲げられた形態の一対のベースバー(11)と;上記ベースバー(11)の中心支点の側部に互いに対向するようにそれぞれ固設されて、連結される連結支点の内側にピボット結合構造を有する連結軸12と;上記ベースバー(11)の中心支点の上部に側方向に回転が可能になるようにヒンジ結合され、最上端に両足を載置することができるように踵載置台(13)が設置されて、足の筋肉に対する無酸素運動(静的運動)と有酸素運動(動的運動)を同時にできる一対の回転アーム(14)と;上記回転アーム(14)と連結軸(12)との間に弾力支持されて回転アーム(14)を常に内側方向に付勢させようとする力が付与されたスプリング部材(15)と;を含む。

Description
即ち、すべての運動は、正確な姿勢で、有酸素運動と無酸素運動を複合した軽量運動をする時最大の脂肪が分解されて微細筋肉が発達するようになることによって、運動の效果を短期間内に極大化することができるが、既存の運動機構は連結運動の效果を奏することができる有酸素運動及び無酸素運動の方法が全くない実情である。
図1は本発明による下半身運動機構を示した斜視図であり、図2は本発明による下半身運動機構の構成を詳しく示すための分離状態の斜視図であり、図3は本発明の正面図及び部分拡大断面図であり、図4は本発明による下半身運動機構の一実施作動例図であり、図5は本発明による下半身運動機構の他の実施作動例図である。
上記ベースバー11の形態は中央が凸出した形態で、同一の円弧を有するように形成され、このような上記ベースバー11の各中心位置の内側に、互いに対向する方向に連結軸12が固設される。
上記スプリング部材15はコイルスプリングでもよく、引張性が優れたラテックス輪ゴムを選択して利用してもよい。
一方、上記回転アーム14の上端の踵載置台13は、弾性ゴム16によって支持され、その外周にクッションコイル17が設置されて、四方にティルティングすることができるように構成される。
本発明の下半身運動機構は、構成で説明したように、無酸素運動と有酸素運動を並行することができる。
即ち、無酸素運動は、図4に示したように、本発明は、ベースバー11の上部の中央支点に形成されたブラケット11aとのヒンジ結合によって、上記回転アーム14がベースバー11の長さ方向と交差する回転軌跡を有しており、スプリング部材15によって常に上記回転アーム14を繰り上げようとする力が付与されているので、使用者が横になったり、椅子に座った状態で踵載置台13に足を載せて広がる側に弾性力に勝ることができる力で加圧すれば安定的にストレッチグをすることができる。
また、上記した2種類の作動を並行して実施すると、円を描きながら無酸素運動と有酸素運動が混用された形態の運動もすることができる。

Claims (3)
- 互いに並行に並べて、円弧形に曲げられた形態の一対のベースバー(11)と;
上記ベースバー(11)の中心支点の側部に互いに対向するようにそれぞれ固設され、連結される連結支点の内側にピボット結合構造を有する連結軸(12)と;
上記ベースバー(11)の中心支点の上部に側方向に回転が可能になるようにヒンジ結合され、最上端に両足を載置することができるように、踵載置台(13)が設置されて、足の筋肉に対する無酸素運動(静的運動)と有酸素運動(動的運動)を同時に可能な一対の回転アーム(14)と;
上記回転アーム(14)と連結軸(12)との間に弾力支持されて、回転アーム(14)を常に内側の方向に付勢させようとする力が付与されたスプリング部材(15)と;を含むことを特徴とする下半身運動機構。 - 上記回転アーム(14)は、
上記ベースバー(11)にヒンジ結合されて、上端の前面に貫通孔(14a−1)を有するアーム本体(14a)と;
上部に踵載置台(13)が結合され、上記アーム本体(14a)の内部に出沒可能になるようにスライド結合されて、前面に等間隔で多数の高さ調節孔(14b−1)が形成された高さ調節アーム(14b)と;
貫通孔(14a−1)と対向する高さ調節孔(14b−1)に嵌められて、回転アームの全体の高さを調節する高さ調節ピン(14c)と;を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下半身運動機構。 - 上記回転アーム(14)の上端の踵載置台(13)は、弾性ゴム(16)によって支持され、その外周にクッションコイル(17)が設置されて、四方にティルティングすることができるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下半身運動機構。
