Abstract
【課題】伝導性のモノフィラメント、およびそれを含む静電気消散特性をもつ布の提供。
【解決手段】モノフィラメントには、縦方向の溝と、その溝の中に設けた電気的に伝導性の材料とがある。伝導性の材料は、電気伝導性の材料と結合剤とから構成される。したがって、モノフィラメントは、伝導性の材料を備えることから、静電気を消散させる特性がある。そして、そのようなモノフィラメントから構成される布も有効な静電気消散特性を示す。

Claims (21)
- 静電気を消散する布であって、多数の高分子モノフィラメントを備え、それらのモノフィラメントが、その上に被膜あるいはフィルムとして、金属粒子と結合剤を一体に含有する伝導性材料を含み、しかも、前記モノフィラメントが静電気を消散する特性をもつ布。
- 前記モノフィラメントが1あるいは2以上の縦方向の溝を有し、その溝内に前記伝導性材料が連続した被膜あるいはフィルムとして設けられている、請求項1の布。
- 前記結合剤が、エポキシ、アクリル、塩化ビニリデン、あるいはこれらの共重合体のいずれか一つである、請求項1の布。
- 前記金属粒子が、銅、ニッケル、亜鉛、あるいはそれらの組み合わせのいずれか一つである、請求項1の布。
- 前記モノフィラメントが丸形あるいは非丸形のいずれか一つである、請求項1の布。
- 前記伝導性材料が、浸漬あるいは浴コーティング、スプレー、噴流、またはダイコーティング法のいずれか一つで塗布される、請求項1の布。
- 前記布が、織り布、MDあるいはCD糸の配列、編み布、らせん結合アセンブリ、押出しメッシュ、または、以上の構成のものによるらせん巻きストライプのいずれか一つである、請求項1の布。
- 前記モノフィラメントが、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)、あるいは、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)のいずれか一つから構成される、請求項1の布。
- 前記布が、工業用の布、または、エアレイド(air-laid)、溶融ブロー(meltblown)、紡糸接合(spun bond)による不織の織物の製造に用いる布、製紙布のいずれか一つである、請求項1の布。
- 前記布が単一の層、多層、多層織りあるいは積層のいずれか一つの形態である、請求項1の布。
- 高分子モノフィラメントであって、その上に、伝導性材料からなる連続した被膜あるいはフィルムを有し、前記伝導性材料は金属粒子と結合剤を一体に含有し、静電気を消散する特性をもつモノフィラメント。
- 前記モノフィラメントが1あるいは2以上の縦方向の溝を有し、その溝内に前記伝導性材料が連続した被膜あるいはフィルムとして設けられている、請求項11のモノフィラメント。
- 前記結合剤が、エポキシ、アクリル、塩化ビニリデン、あるいはこれらの共重合体のいずれか一つである、請求項11のモノフィラメント。
- 前記金属粒子が、銅、ニッケル、亜鉛、あるいはそれらの組み合わせのいずれか一つである、請求項11のモノフィラメント。
