Claims (22)
- 着色剤支持体(1、101)と着色剤をタンク(5、105)から該着色剤支持体(1、101)上に移動させる転写装置(2、102)とを有する印刷機器であって、印刷機器の動作時に、着色剤(4、104)を前記転写装置(2、102)から前記着色剤支持体(1、101)上に移動させる第1の転写ゾーン(6、106)を形成するよう、前記転写装置(2、102)及び前記着色剤支持体(1、101)が互いに対して配置されており、前記着色剤(4、104)の少なくとも一部を前記着色剤支持体(1、101)から印刷媒体又は転写手段上に送給する送給装置を備える印刷機器において、
着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(2、102)を更に備え、
印刷機器の動作時に消費されなかった前記着色剤(4、104)を前記着色剤支持体(1、101)から前記着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(2、102)上に移動させる第2の転写ゾーン(9、109)を形成するよう、前記着色剤支持体(1、101)及び前記着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(2、102)が配置されていることを特徴とする、印刷機器。 - 前記送給装置が、
前記着色剤支持体(1、101)上の前記着色剤(4、104)に局所的にエネルギーを印加することによって、印刷機器の動作時に、前記着色剤(4、104)の少なくとも一部を前記着色剤支持体(1、101)から印刷媒体又は転写手段に送給するためのビーム状エネルギー(8、108)を生成する装置を備える、請求項1に記載の印刷機器。 - 前記ビーム状エネルギー(8、108)を生成する装置がレーザ装置である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷機器。
- 前記転写装置(2、102)と前記着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(2、102)と前記着色剤支持体(1、101)とがそれぞれ、着色剤支持面を備えており、該着色剤支持面どうしが、前記転写ゾーン(6、106、9、109)において逆方向に動作可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の印刷機器。
- 前記着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(2、102)と前記転写装置(2、102)とが同一物である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の印刷機器。
- 前記第1及び第2の転写ゾーン(6、106、9、109)が隣接配置されている、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の印刷機器。
- 前記着色剤支持体が、ローラ(1)又は連続帯(101)である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の印刷機器。
- 前記着色剤(4、104)用のタンク(5、105)と浸漬ローラ(3、103)とを備え、
前記浸漬ローラ(3、103)が、印刷機器の動作時に、着色剤(4、104)を前記タンク(5、105)から取り出して前記転写装置(2、102)に塗布するよう構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の印刷機器。 - 印刷機器の動作時に消費されなかった着色剤を前記転写装置(2、102)から除去するよう構成され、且つ、前記着色剤(4、104)用のタンク(5、105)に接続された、前記消費されなかった着色剤(4、104)を再び前記タンク(5、105)へと案内するための着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(10、110)を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の印刷機器。
- 前記着色剤の粘度が、10000mPas未満、好ましくは1000mPas未満である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の印刷機器。
- 着色剤(4、104)を転写装置(2、102)から着色剤支持体(1、101)上に移動させることによって、前記着色剤(4、104)の凝集膜(7、107)の少なくとも一部を前記着色剤支持体(1、101)に塗布するステップと、
前記着色剤(4、104)の少なくとも一部を前記着色剤支持体(1、101)から印刷媒体又は転写手段上に塗布するステップとを含む印刷工程であって、
前記着色剤支持体(1、101)から送給されなかった一部の前記着色剤(4、104)を、前記着色剤支持体(1、101)から剥ぎ取ることを特徴とする、印刷工程。 - 前記送給ステップが、
前記着色剤支持体(1、101)上の前記着色剤(4、104)に局所的にエネルギーを印加し、前記着色剤(4、104)の少なくとも一部の体積又は位置を変化させることによって、前記着色剤支持体(1、101)から印刷媒体又は転写手段上に前記着色剤(4、104)を送給するステップを更に含む、請求項11に記載の印刷工程。 - 前記エネルギーを、レーザ光により前記着色剤に直接的又は間接的に印加する、請求項12に記載の印刷工程。
- 印刷媒体(4、104)の前記着色剤支持体(1、101)への転写と、前記着色剤支持体(1、101)からの除去とを、隣接位置において行う、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の工程。
- 前記転写装置(2、102)及び前記着色剤支持体(1、101)がそれぞれ、着色剤支持面を備え、
前記転写装置(2、102)及び前記着色剤支持体(1、101)の前記支持面どうしが、前記着色剤(4、104)が移動する前記ゾーンにおいて逆方向に動作する、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の工程。 - 前記着色剤(4、104)を着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(2、102)上に移動させることによって、前記着色剤(4、104)を前記着色剤支持体(1、101)から除去するために、前記着色剤支持体(1、101)及び前記着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(2、102)がそれぞれ着色剤支持面を備えており、
前記着色剤支持体(1、101)及び前記着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(2、102)の前記着色剤支持面どうしが、前記着色剤(4、104)が移動する前記ゾーンにおいて逆方向に動作する、請求項11〜15のいずれかに記載の工程。 - 前記着色剤(4、104)をタンク(5、105)から取り出し、好ましくは浸漬ローラ(3、103)を用いて、前記転写装置(2、102)に塗布する、請求項11〜16のいずれかに記載の工程。
- 送給されなかった前記着色剤(4、104)をタンク(5、105)に戻す、請求項11〜17のいずれかに記載の工程。
- 前記着色剤支持体(1、101)を、着色剤(4、104)の実質的に均一な厚さの膜(7、107)により被覆する、請求項11〜18のいずれかに記載の工程。
- 前記転写装置(2、102)と前記着色剤支持体(1、101)との着色剤支持面及び/又は前記着色剤支持体(1、101)と前記着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(2、102)との着色剤支持面の間における速度を相対的に変化させることによって、前記着色剤(4、104)の膜の厚さを調節する、請求項11〜19のいずれかに記載の工程。
- 前記転写装置(2、102)と前記着色剤支持体(1、101)との着色剤支持面及び/又は前記着色剤支持体(1、101)と前記着色剤剥ぎ取り装置(2、102)との着色剤支持面の間における距離を変化させることによって、前記着色剤(4、104)の膜の厚さを調節する、請求項11〜20のいずれかに記載の工程。
- 使用する前記着色剤が、10000mPas未満、好ましくは1000mPas未満の粘度を有する着色剤である、請求項11〜21のいずれかに記載の工程。
