Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 車両用の高慣性フライホイールであって、周辺部がリムで囲まれているハブと、ハウジングとを備え、少なくとも一つの環状リングが前記フライホイールの両側に設けられ、それにより、前記フライホイールの振動時に、前記フライホイールの接触面が前記環状リングの接触面に当接し、摩擦を生じさせることを特徴とする高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの環状リングは前記ハブの周辺部の直径よりも小さな直径を有し、前記環状リングは、前記ハブの周辺部に極めて近接して位置するように、前記ハウジングに設けられたフランジ上に締まり嵌めにより取り付けられ、前記フライホイールの接触面は前記ハブの周辺部上にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの環状リングは、前記フライホイールの略径方向の面に極めて近接した当接面を有する内側に突出したフランジを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの環状リングは、前記フライホイールの略径方向の面に極めて近接した当接面を有する外側に突出したフランジを有することを特徴とする先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 故障時に前記フライホイールの速度を低下させるための制御システムを含むことを特徴とする先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記環状リングの接触面にコーティングが施されることを特徴とする先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記当接面にコーティングが施されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記コーティングは高い摩擦係数を有することを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記コーティングはブレーキライニング材であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記コーティングは低い摩擦係数を有することを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記コーティングはダイアモンド状炭素であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記フライホイールの接触面にコーティングが施されることを特徴とする先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- フライホイールアセンブリは、初期故障モードが金属製の前記ハブの亀裂になるように設計されることを特徴とする先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの環状リングはスチール製であることを特徴とする先行するいずれかの請求項に記載の高慣性フライホイール。
- 添付の図面を参照して実質的に説明された高慣性フライホイール。
