Claims (15)
- 1又はそれ以上の半導体発光素子を有する半導体ランプと、
前記ランプに電気的に接続された限流器を有する電力回路を備える照明器具であって、前記限流器は前記ランプに送られた前記電流に最大閾値を課し、
前記限流器は基本的に定電流源として作用することを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記電力回路が前記限流器に電気的に接続された電力変換装置をさらに備え、
前記電力変換装置は、前記限流器用に交流電力を直流電力に変換するよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記電力変換装置が前記限流器用に交流電力を直流電力に変換するためのブリッジ整流器を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 発光素子がLEDを含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記ブリッジ整流器が交流信号を正弦波直流信号に変換することを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記電力回路が直流電力を前記ランプに送るように構成され、これにより前記ランプは交流線周波数からの100%未満の負荷サイクルで作動することを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記電力回路が直流電力を前記ランプに送るように構成され、これにより前記ランプは交流線周波数からの約50%の負荷サイクルで作動することを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記1又はそれ以上のLEDが直列に接続され線間電圧の75%を補い、前記LEDの50%の負荷サイクルは交流線周波数より達成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記ランプ及び前記電力回路を収容するハウジングをさらに備え、前記ランプ及び電力回路は前記ハウジングと共にモジュラーユニットを形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 電気トレースを有する回路基盤をさらに備え、これにより前記ランプ及び前記電力回路は前記回路基盤に取り付けられると共に前記回路基盤を介して電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 電気トレースを有する回路基盤をさらに備える請求項1記載の装置であって、これにより前記ランプ及び前記電力回路は前記回路基盤に取り付けられると共に前記回路基盤を介して電気的に接続され、
また前記装置はさらに、前記ランプ及び前記電力回路を有する前記回路基盤を収容するハウジングを備え、前記電力回路及び前記ランプを有する前記ハウジング及び回路基盤がモジュラーユニットを形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記ランプが単一のストリング回路として繋がれた複数のLEDを備えることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記ランプが並列接続で繋がれた複数のLEDストリング回路を備え、前記装置は限流器を各LEDストリング回路に備え、前記限流器は前記電力回路に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記限流器が有効限流制御回路であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記有効限流制御回路が半導体発光素子に送られた前記電流及び電圧に一定のレベルを課すよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
