Abstract
【解決手段】パワー半導体回路(T1,T2,D1,D2)と、パワー半導体回路(T1,T2,D1,D2)の並列回路内におけるエネルギー蓄積器(8)とを持つサブモジュール(7)の直列回路を備え、各サブモジュール(7)にサブモジュール(7)の短絡のための短絡装置が付設されている装置(1)に関する。本発明によれば、短絡装置が真空スイッチ管(100)である。

Claims (12)
- パワー半導体回路(T1,T2,D1,D2)と、パワー半導体回路(T1,T2,D1,D2)に並列接続されたエネルギー蓄積器(8)とを持つ複数のサブモジュール(7)の直列回路を備え、各サブモジュール(7)にサブモジュール(7)の短絡のための短絡装置が付設されている装置(1)において、短絡装置が真空スイッチ管(100)であることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 真空スイッチ管(100)の断路位置における保持および保持解除のための解除・保持ユニット(300)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 解除・保持ユニット(300)が、保持力を提供する永久磁石(330)と、保持解除のために保持力を減殺する解除手段(340)とを有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 解除手段が、電気コイル(340)であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 解除・保持ユニット(300)が、継鉄(320)と移動案内される接極子(310)とを有し、継鉄(320)が永久磁石(330)に接続されていて、接極子(310)が断路位置において磁気回路を閉じることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の装置。
- 電気コイル(340)が、磁気回路における永久磁石(330)の磁力を弱めるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- パワー半導体回路が、フルブリッジ回路であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- パワー半導体回路(T1,T2,D1,D2)が、ハーフブリッジ回路であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 装置(1)が、交流電圧系統(5)を接続するための交流電圧端子を有する電力変換器であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 真空スイッチ管(100)が、保持解除時に駆動装置なしに断路位置から、サブモジュールを短絡する接触位置へ移行可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 真空スイッチ管(100)を接触位置へ移行させるための投入ばねを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 真空スイッチ管(100)を開閉するための駆動ユニットを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
