Abstract

본 발명은 다수의 서브모듈(sub-module)이 직렬로 연결된 컨버터에서 특정 서브모듈의 고장발생시 상전류를 그 고장난 서브모듈로부터 바이패스시켜 나머지 정상 서브모듈만으로 컨버터의 정상동작이 가능하도록 하는 컨버터의 바이패스 스위치 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 컨버터의 바이패스 스위치 장치는, 다수의 서브모듈이 직렬연결된 컨버터의 바이패스 스위치 장치에 있어서, 길이방향으로 전후진 가능한 가동철심; 상기 가동철심의 일단에서 연장되며 상기 가동철심의 전후진 이동에 따라 상기 서브모듈의 단락 및 단락해제를 결정하는 가동로드; 상기 길이방향에 일정한 각도로 상기 가동철심에 결합된 금속부재; 상기 가동철심의 둘레로 권선된 가동코일; 상기 가동코일에 인접하여 고정된 영구자석; 및 일단이 고정되고 타단이 상기 금속부재에 연결된 탄성부재를 포함한다.
