Abstract
【解決手段】 このギヤー機構はシリンダーライナーとローターの間に配置された作動空間の外側にあり、ギヤー機構が、正及び負の回転速度間で周期的に振動する相対的運動のためにシリンダーライナーとローターを結合し、ギヤー機構とシリンダーライナーが、ローターと共に、自由度1を持つ五つの回転ジョイント及び一つの回転/直動ジョイントを持つ伝動装置を形成し、ギヤー機構が第一回転ジョイントによりフレーム上に回転可能に取付けられた回転要素、及び第二回転ジョイントにより回転要素に回転可能にかつ第三回転ジョイントによりシリンダーライナーにかつ回転/直動ジョイントによりローターに連結された連結棒を持つ。本発明は回転ピストン機関の多くの問題を解決し、かつほんの数個の部品を持つ簡単な設計を持つ。標準材料が使用されることができ、低い生産コストが達成される。信頼性ある作動空間の封止が好都合な温度分布を持って困難性なく確保されることができる。

- フレーム(12)、フレーム(12)内に回転可能に取付けられたシリンダーライナー(10)、シリンダーライナー(10)内に共軸で取付けられたローター(20)、及びフレーム(12)とシリンダーライナー(10)とローター(20)を連結するギヤー機構を持つ回転ピストン機関であって、ギヤー機構がシリンダーライナー(10)とローター(20)の間に配置された作動空間(18)の外側にあり、ギヤー機構が、ローター(20)がシリンダーライナー(10)に対して周期的に進みかつ遅れるようにシリンダーライナー(10)とローター(20)を結合するものにおいて、
ギヤー機構とシリンダーライナー(10)が、ローター(20)と共に、自由度1を持つ五つの回転ジョイントと一つの回転/直動ジョイントを持つ伝動装置を形成し、ギヤー機構が、第一回転ジョイントによりフレーム(12)上に回転可能に取付けられた回転要素(54)、及び第二回転ジョイントにより回転要素(54)に回転可能にかつ第三回転ジョイントによりシリンダーライナー(10)に回転可能にかつ回転/直動ジョイントによりローター(20)に連結された連結棒(44)を持つことを特徴とする回転ピストン機関。 - フレーム(12)、フレーム(12)内に回転可能に取付けられたシリンダーライナー(10)、シリンダーライナー(10)内に共軸で取付けられたローター(80)、及びフレーム(12)とシリンダーライナー(10)とローター(80)を連結するギヤー機構を持つ回転ピストン機関であって、ギヤー機構がシリンダーライナー(10)とローター(80)の間に配置された作動空間(18)の外側に配置され、ギヤー機構が、ローター(80)がシリンダーライナー(10)に対して周期的に進みかつ遅れるようにシリンダーライナー(10)とローター(80)を結合するものにおいて、
ギヤー機構とシリンダーライナー(10)が、ローター(80)と共に、自由度1を持つ五つの回転ジョイントと二つのギヤーホイール伝動装置を持つ伝動装置を形成し、ギヤー機構が、第一回転ジョイントによりフレーム(12)上に回転可能に取付けられた回転円盤(86)、第二回転ジョイントにより回転円盤(86)に回転可能にかつ第三回転ジョイントによりシリンダーライナー(10)に回転可能に連結された連結棒(94)、ローター軸(82)に回転しないように連結された第一ギヤーボイール(84)、回転円盤(86)に回転しないように連結された第二ギヤーホイール(90)、及び第一ギヤーホイール(84)及び第二ギヤーホイール(90)とかみ合う少なくとも一つの中間ギヤーホイール(96)を持つことを特徴とする回転ピストン機関。 - ギヤー機構が作動空間(18)の半径方向外側でシリンダーライナー(10)と係合することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回転ピストン機関。
- シリンダーライナー(10)がフレーム(12)の内側にその外周により取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の回転ピストン機関。
