Abstract
Description
本出願は、ともに2007年2月9日に出願された、各々「複数のエネルギー源を備えるハイブリッド車両の制御システム(Control System for Hybrid Vehicle With Plurality of Energy Sources)」及び「電気車両用途用再構成可能な多機能電力変換器(Reconfigurable Multi-Function Power Converter for Electric Vehicle Applications)」と題する同時係属中の米国仮出願第60/888,991号及び第60/889,022号に対する利益を主張する。これらの出願の開示内容は、本参照によりそのまま本明細書に含まれる。
本発明の例示的な一実施形態は一般に制御システムに関し、特に、電力変換器へ接続された少なくとも2つのエネルギー貯蔵デバイスを含むハイブリッド車両において使用する制御システムに関する。
Claims (24)
- ハイブリッド車両の駆動システムにおいて、
上記車両へ電力を提供するエンジン及び電気モータと、
電気エネルギーを貯蔵する一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスと、
電気エネルギーを貯蔵する二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスと、
上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイス及び上記二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスの充電状態を監視する電子制御ユニットと、
上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスと上記二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスとの間の電力の伝達を操作する電力変換器とを備えた駆動システム。 - 上記電力変換器は、外部配電網とのインタフェースを行う請求項1記載のハイブリッド駆動システム。
- 上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスは、上記エンジンからのエネルギーと上記配電網からのエネルギーとを貯蔵する請求項2記載のハイブリッド駆動システム。
- 上記二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスは、上記エンジンからのエネルギーと上記配電網からのエネルギーとを貯蔵する請求項2記載のハイブリッド駆動システム。
- 上記電力変換器は、充電モード、駆動モード、及び配電網モードの間を交互に実行するように操作されるように構成される請求項1記載のハイブリッド駆動システム。
- 上記充電モードは、AC−DC電力変換を実行し、上記一次エネルギー源及び上記二次エネルギー源のうちの少なくとも1つをAC壁コンセントから充電する請求項5記載のハイブリッド駆動システム。
- 上記駆動モードは、DC−AC電力変換を実行することにより、上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイス及び上記二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスのうちの少なくとも1つからAC電力が生成される請求項5記載のハイブリッド駆動システム。
- 上記駆動モードは、上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵デバイスからのDC電力変換が、個別に又は集合的に上記ハイブリッド車両を推進させる請求項5記載のハイブリッド駆動システム。
- 上記配電網モードは、DC−AC電力変換を実行し、上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵デバイスが配電網により利用されるエネルギーを生成する請求項5記載のハイブリッド駆動システム。
- ハイブリッド車両のモータへ電力を供給する多方向電力変換システムにおいて、
電気制御ユニットと、
上記車両へ駆動力を提供する電気モータと、
一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスと、
二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスと、
上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイス及び上記二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスのパラメータを上記電子制御ユニットへ通信により伝送するエネルギー管理システムと、
上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスと上記二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスとの間に接続され、上記電気モータへ送られる電力を管理するように構成される電力操作デバイスとを備えた多方向電力変換システム。 - 上記電力操作デバイスは、上記ハイブリッド車両の異なる動作モードにしたがって電力を管理する請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電気制御ユニットは、上記電力操作デバイスを制御して、上記エネルギー管理システムにより供給されるパラメータに基づいて、上記二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイス、上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイス、及び上記電気モータの間でエネルギーを伝達する請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電気制御ユニットは、上記エネルギー管理システムと通信して、上記車両の動作モードを変更する請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電気制御ユニットは、上記エネルギー管理システムから受信される情報にしたがって、上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイス及び上記二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスの充電状態を維持する請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記デバイスは、上記車両の動作モードを変更して、上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイス及び上記二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスからの電力を個別に又は集合的に利用する請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記エネルギー管理システムは、車両速度、エンジン負荷、バッテリ温度、及び上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵デバイスの電圧量を備えたパラメータを上記電気制御ユニットに提供する請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電気制御ユニットは、上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵デバイス及び上記電気モータの間のエネルギーフローを修正して、上記エネルギー管理システムから受信される情報にしたがって、上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵デバイスの充電状態を維持する請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電気制御ユニットは、上記電力変換システムが外部エネルギーシステムへ接続されるとき、上記ハイブリッド駆動システムを動作不可能な状態にする請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電力操作デバイスは、バック−ブーストコンバータを備えた請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電力操作デバイスは、DC−DC変換を提供して、上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスのDC電圧を上げる請求項19記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電力操作デバイスは、DC−DC変換を提供して、上記一次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスから上記二次エネルギー貯蔵デバイスへDC電圧を下げる、又は伝達する請求項19記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電力操作デバイスは、AC−DC変換を提供して、上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵デバイスを充電する請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電力操作デバイスは、DC−AC変換を提供して、AC外部電力を上記車両へ送るように構成される請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
- 上記電力操作デバイスは、DC−AC変換を提供するように構成され、ACは上記車両外部の負荷へ提供される請求項10記載の電力変換システム。
