Claims (6)
- 骨接合術にて用いる板状インプラントであって、留めネジを受け入れる孔、及び、接続手段を有する少なくとも1つの第1の板状部材と、留めネジを受け入れる孔、及び、接続手段を受け入れる受入れ手段を有する、少なくとも1つの第2の板状部材とからなり、各板状部材が他の板状部材に対し一方向に滑り動くことができ、これら板状部材には、これら相互の滑り運動の範囲を制限する制限機構が備えられたものにおいて、
制限機構が締付ネジ(18)を含み、締付ネジ(18)がネジ切軸部とネジ頭とからなり、第1及び第2の板状部材(2,3)を互いに組み付けた状態では、ネジ切軸部が接続手段(5)との組み合わせで作動を行い、かつ、ネジ頭が第2の板状部材(3)に設けられている長孔(14)との組み合わせで作動を行い、これにより、ネジ頭と長孔(14)との間、及び、接続手段(5)と受入れ手段(6)との間にて締め付け作用が生じること特徴とする板状インプラント。 - 第1の板状部材(2)と第2の板状部材(3)との間に少なくとも1つの延長板(28)が備えられ、延長板(28)には、留めネジ(29)を受け入れる孔と、接続手段(5)を受け入れる受入れ手段(6)と、接続手段(5)と、他の締付ネジ(18)を受け入れ、かつ、滑り運動の範囲を制限する長孔(14)とが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の板状インプラント。
- 板状部材(2,3)及び延長板(28)が合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の板状インプラント。
- 板状部材(2,3)及び延長板(28)が、縦への延び広がり(11)においても、横への延び広がり(10)においても、湾曲をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の板状インプラント。
- 板状部材(2,3)及び/または延長板(28)が、板状インプラント(1)を固定するための補助的な孔(16)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の板状インプラント。
- 締付ネジ(18)のネジ頭が張り出し部(20)を有し、張り出し部(20)が、側面との組み合わせで、締付ネジ(18)と、板状部材(3)または延長板(28)との間に締め付け力を生じさせることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の板状インプラント。
