Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un implante de placa para el uso de la osteosíntesis comprendiendo al menos un primer componente de placa con perforaciones para alojar tornillos de fiiación y un elemento de unión, al menos un segundo componente de placa con perforaciones para alojar tornillos de fijación y un elemento de alojamiento para alojar el elemento de unión. Según la invención, cada componente de placa puede deslizarse en una dirección relativo al otro componente de placa, siendo los componentes de placa provistos con un dispositivo que limita su trayectoria de deslizamiento relativo entre sí. El dispositivo comprende una tuerca (18) de apriete teniendo una rosca y una cabeza de tornillo y, en estado montado de los dos componentes (2, 3) de placa, la rosca actúa en combinación con el elemento (5) de unión y la cabeza de tornillo con una perforación (14) longitudinal provista en el segundo componente (3) de placa, de manera tal que se genera un efecto de apriete entre la cabeza de tornillo y la perforación (14) longitudinal y entre el elemento (5) de unión y el elemento (6) de alojamiento.
