- 粒度の測定と粒子からの内部蛍光の検出を同時に行う段階を含む、流体中の不活性粒子から生物学的に活性な粒子を区別する方法。
- 粒度と、測定値を付与した蛍光強度とに基づいて、粒子を不活性粒子と生物学的に活性な粒子とのいずれかに分類する段階を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 粒度情報を用いて、粒子が微生物であるか否かを判定する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 粒度情報は、粒子の断面積または粒子の体積から決定される、請求項3記載の方法。
