Claims (11)
- バルブ制御装置(1)であって、
−第1の負圧室(3)と第1の大気圧室(4)とを有するハウジング(2)であって、前記第1の負圧室(3)及び前記第1の大気圧室(4)が、ばね負荷された第1のダイヤフラム(5)によってガス密に互いに分離されるハウジング(2)を有し、
−バイパスバルブ(7)の遮断要素の位置を調整するための制御ロッド(6)であって、前記第1のダイヤフラム(5)に動作可能に接続される制御ロッド(6)を有するバルブ制御装置において、
−前記第1の負圧室(3)に流動接続される第2の負圧室(8)と、
−前記第2の負圧室(8)に配置されかつ前記第1のダイヤフラム(5)に結合されるばね負荷された第2のダイヤフラム(9)とを特徴とし、前記制御ロッド(6)が前記第2のダイヤフラム(9)に固定される制御装置。 - 前記第2のダイヤフラム(9)によって前記第2の負圧室(8)からガス密に分離される第2の大気圧室(10)を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- シール要素が、前記大気圧室(4)と前記負圧室(8)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記大気圧室(4)の通気が、中間部分(36)の少なくとも1つの開口部(37)によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 各々の場合に、1つのばね(11と12)、好ましくはコイルスプリングが、前記第1及び第2のダイヤフラム(5、9)をそれぞればね負荷するために設けられ、前記ばね(それぞれ11と12)が、それぞれ付設されたハウジング領域(それぞれ15と16)の一方の端部(それぞれ13と14)に、及び前記それぞれのダイヤフラム(5、9)に配置される支持部(19、20)の他方の端部(それぞれ17と18)に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の負圧室(3、8)の間の前記流動接続が、流動スロット(22)が設けられる中空ねじ(21)によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記ダイヤフラム(5、9)の直径が異なることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のダイヤフラム(5、9)をそれぞれ押圧する前記ばね(11、12)のばね力が、異なる大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御ロッド(6)が前記中空ねじ(21)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項4〜8のいずれか一項に記載の制御装置。
- ターボ過給機であって、
−バイパスバルブ(7)を有するバイパスを有するタービンを有し、
−前記バイパスバルブ(7)用の制御装置(1)を有し、前記制御装置(1)が、
・第1の負圧室(3)と第1の大気圧室(4)とを有するハウジング(2)であって、前記第1の負圧室(3)及び前記第1の大気圧室(4)が、ばね負荷された第1のダイヤフラム(5)によってガス密に互いに分離されるハウジング(2)と、
・前記バイパスバルブ(7)の遮断要素の位置を調整するための制御ロッド(6)であって、前記第1のダイヤフラム(5)に動作可能に接続される制御ロッド(6)とを有する、ターボ過給機において、
・前記第1の負圧室(3)に流動接続される第2の負圧室(8)と、
・前記第2の負圧室(8)に配置されかつ前記第1のダイヤフラム(5)に結合されるばね負荷された第2のダイヤフラム(9)とを特徴とし、前記制御ロッド(6)が前記第2のダイヤフラム(9)に固定されるターボ過給機。 - 請求項2〜9の特徴の少なくとも1つを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のターボ過給機。
