Claims (13)
- 転写方法を用いて基板表面にマーキングを圧着させるための方法において、
用意された又は予め印刷されたリリース担体フィルム(11)上の転写層(1)をそのリリース担体フィルムから基板表面(8)上に素早く転写させて、破壊しない限り取り除くことができない粘着性の画像をその基板表面上に形成する転写方式を用いて基板表面にマーキングを圧着させ、前記転写層(1)がRFIDチップ(4)と前記リリース担体フィルム上(11)に印刷されたアンテナ(2)で構成された少なくとも1つのRFIDモジュール(10)で構成されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記RFIDモジュール(10)が転写中にリリース担体フィルムから切り離すことができる被覆フィルム・シート(5)上に圧着され、前記シートが転写後に気密及び水密状態で基板表面に糊付けできることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 被覆フィルム・シート(5)が−25℃から200℃の範囲で熱抵抗性を示すプラスチックで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記湿式方法において、転写層がリリース担体フィルムから分離され、基板表面に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 乾式接着性転写法で、前記転写層がリリース担体フィルムから分離され、基板表面に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 熱転写法で、前記転写層がリリース担体フィルムから分離され、基板表面に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記転写層がRFIDモジュール(10)と共に印刷画像層を形成することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 特に、布地やフィルム、あるいは衣服の皮製品など洗浄可能及び/又はくしゃくしゃに丸めることができる素材でできた基板表面を転写印刷法を用いてつくるための方法において、予め印刷されたリリース担体フィルム上の転写層が熱作用で前記素材との接触を通じてその素材上に印刷され、前記層が破壊しない限り取り除くことができない粘着性の画像を発生させる方法で、接着性画像として、RFIDチップ(4)と少なくとも−25℃から200℃の範囲で熱抵抗性を示す可撓性プラスチックでできた鞘あるいは被覆フィルム・シート(5)で覆われた印刷された可撓性のアンテナ(2)で構成される少なくとも1つのRFIDモジュール(10)が圧着されることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の基板表面をマーキングするための方法。
- アンテナ(2)が金属製素材あるいは伝導性ポリマー素材でできていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 機能上必要なアンテナ(2)が可撓性で熱抵抗性の被覆フィルム・シート上に多数印刷され、その後、それぞれが特にはんだ付けによってRFIDチップ(4)に接続され、そして切り離されることを特徴とする請求項1又は8記載の方法。
- 転写プロセス後に、前記被覆フィルム・シート(5)の突起が、前記RFIDチップとアンテナを取り囲んで形成されることを特徴とする請求項2又は9記載の方法。
- 前記鞘あるいは被覆フィルム・シート(5)がエラストマー、特に溶融天然ゴムでできていることを特徴とする請求項2又は10記載の方法。
- 前記鞘あるいは被覆フィルム・シート(5)が熱可塑剤、特に軟化ポリアセタルでできていることを特徴とする請求項2又は10記載の方法。
