Abstract
Description
1. 第1の項、(n−1)(h1+h2):定数因数;

- 少なくとも2つの光学素子を含んでおり、当該少なくとも2つの光学素子のうちの少なくとも一方は、他方に対して、光軸に垂直な方向に可動であり、上記光学素子は、上記光学素子の異なる相対位置において異なる屈折力を有するレンズとなるような形状を有している、可変屈折力を有する調節性眼内レンズであって、
上記レンズの上記光学素子のうちの少なくとも2つは、少なくとも1つの追加の光学補正面を含んでおり、当該補正面は、1つ以上の光学収差の同時可変補正のために適応しており、補正の程度は、上記光学素子の相対位置に依存していることを特徴とする、可変屈折力を有する調節性眼内レンズ。 - 上記補正面は、自然の眼の可変収差を補正するように適応していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 上記補正面は、上記調節性眼内レンズの可変収差を補正するように適応していることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 人間の眼の残っている光学面の、可変焦点合わせおよび高次の可変収差の可変補正のために適応していることを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項2、または請求項3に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 眼の調節プロセス中に生じる人間の眼の可変収差を補正するように適応していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 上記補正面は、1よりも高い次数の複数の収差を同時に補正するように適応していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 上記光学面は精密旋削によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 上記光学素子はGRIN型の光学設計を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から11に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 上記光学素子はフレネル型の面を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1から12に記載の調節性眼内レンズ。
- 少なくとも2つの光学素子を含んでおり、当該少なくとも2つの光学素子のうちの少なくとも一方は、他方に対して、光軸に垂直な方向に可動であり、上記光学素子は、上記光学素子の異なる相対位置において異なる屈折力を有するレンズとなるような形状を有している、レンズを用意する工程と、
上記レンズを人間の眼の中に埋め込む工程とを含んでいる、人間の眼に調節性眼内レンズを適用する方法であって、
調節プロセス中に角膜トポグラフィーによって角膜の可変収差が測定され、
測定された上記収差から、上記光学素子の補正面の特性が計算され、
上記光学素子を用意する上記工程は、上記光学素子の相対位置に依存した程度で1つ以上の光学収差を同時可変補正するように適応された補正面を設ける工程を含んでいることを特徴とする、方法。 - 埋め込み可能な調節性眼内レンズを用意するためのシステムであって、
少なくとも2つの光学素子を含んでおり、当該少なくとも2つの光学素子のうちの少なくとも一方は、他方に対して、光軸に垂直な方向に可動であり、上記光学素子は、上記光学素子の異なる相対位置において異なる屈折力を有するレンズとなるような形状を有しており、上記眼内レンズの上記光学素子のうちの少なくとも2つは、少なくとも1つの追加の光学補正面を含んでおり、当該補正面は、上記光学素子の相対位置に依存した程度で1つ以上の光学収差を同時可変補正するように適応している、システムであって、
眼の可変収差を測定する手段と、
測定された上記収差に従って上記補正面を計算する手段と、
計算された上記補正面を含む上記光学素子を用意する手段とを含んでいることを特徴とする、システム。 - 上記光学素子を用意する上記手段は、精密旋削手段を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のシステム。
