Description

Claims (10)
- 光学素子を有する光学デバイスであって、
光学素子は、眼内に移植済みの光学要素またはシステムに対する付加物として作用するよう構成された部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子であって、
部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子が、眼内に移植済みの光学要素またはシステムに対して構成された有効領域を有し、
部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子は、有効領域上に入射または有効領域に提供される光の焦点を制御または変更し、且つ、部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子の光学的に関連する部分を避ける光の焦点は制御または変更せず、
部分的または不完全型の光学素子は、開口を包囲することにより開口の一部分を画定する円周リングを含み、
光学デバイスは、触覚または支持構造の腕が圧縮されているときに開口に隣接する円周リングの湾曲を防止するように、円周リングの周辺全体またはその近傍に構造支持を提供するよう保証かつ構成された、光学デバイス。 - 部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子および円周リングが第1の材料により構成され、
触覚または支持構造が、第1の材料よりも硬い第2の材料で構成された1つまたは複数の周辺支持/接続構造を含む、請求項1に記載の光学デバイス。 - 光学素子を有する光学デバイスであって、
光学素子は、眼内に移植済みの光学要素またはシステムに対する付加物として作用するよう構成された部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子であって、
部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子が、眼内に移植済みの光学要素またはシステムに対して構成された有効領域を有し、
部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子は、有効領域上に入射または有効領域に提供される光の焦点を制御または変更し、且つ、部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子の光学的に関連する部分を避ける光の焦点は制御または変更せず、
部分的または不完全型の光学素子は、開口を包囲することにより開口の一部分を画定する円周リングを含み、
光学デバイスは、触覚または支持構造の腕が圧縮されているときに開口に隣接する円周リングの湾曲を防止するように、円周リングの周辺に構造支持を提供するよう保証かつ構成された、光学デバイス。 - 部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子および円周リングは第1の材料により構成され、触覚または支持構造は、第1の材料よりも硬い第2の材料により構成された周辺支持/接続構造を含む、請求項3に記載の光学デバイス。
- 触覚または支持構造は、部分的または不完全型の眼内用の光学素子の1つ以上の境界に対して対称的に構成された周辺支持/接続構造を含む、請求項3に記載の光学デバイス。
- 触覚または支持構造は、開口に対して対称的に構成された周辺支持/接続構造を含む、請求項3に記載の光学デバイス。
- 触覚または支持構造は周辺支持/接続構造を含み、該構造は、円周リングの他の周辺部分に直接接続されておらず、光学デバイスが該他の周辺部分で折り畳み可能に構成される、請求項3に記載の光学デバイス。
- 触覚または支持構造は周辺支持/接続構造を含み、該構造は、光学デバイスが折り畳み可能な光学デバイスの部分に対して光学デバイスの対向側にて構成される、請求項3に記載の光学デバイス。
