Abstract
【解決手段】上流および下流触媒物質保持基板またはブリックを保持するハウジングを有する触媒コンバーターは基板間に設置されたリングを有し、リングは中央ベッド酸素センサーの受け入れのためにそれの中にギャップを有している。リングは絶縁物質の層を、リングと基板間ギャップを取り囲んでいるコンバーターハウジングまたはシェル表面との間に閉じ込める。リングは、溶接または機械的連結のいずれかによって複数のエンボスメントにおいてハウジングに連結される。

Claims (5)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、中央ベッドギャップによって分離された上流および下流触媒基板と、
前記ハウジングの開口に整列され、それを通って前記中央ベッドギャップ内に延びている排出センサーを受け入れるのに適したギャップを有するリングと、
前記リングから放射状に外側に延びており、同様の複数の位置において前記ハウジングへの前記リングの連結を可能にするように働く複数のリングエンボスメントと、
前記リングと前記エンボスメント間の前記ハウジングとの間に配置された絶縁物質の層とを備えた触媒コンバーター。 - 前記エンボスメントは鋭い角が実質的にない請求項1の触媒コンバーター。
- おのおのが対応エンボスメントに整列された複数のパーフォレーションを前記ハウジングにさらに備えており、各エンボスメントはくぼみを有し、くぼみは、前記エンボスメントの外表面から延びていて、対応ハウジングパーフォレーションによる前記くぼみの少なくとも一部の受け入れに適した形に作られている請求項1の触媒コンバーター。
- 各くぼみが前記対応ハウジングパーフォレーションにおいて前記ハウジングに溶接される請求項3の触媒コンバーター。
- おのおのが襞付け手法で対応エンボスメントの一部に整列されこれを受け入れる複数のほぞ穴を前記ハウジングにさらに備えている請求項1の触媒コンバーター。
