Abstract
Description

Claims (16)
- 廃ガス後処理又は防音装置に外側断熱を設ける方法であって、
前記装置の周囲に断熱材料のシートを固定する工程と、
前記シート及び装置にワイヤスリーブを位置付ける工程であって、前記スリーブのワイヤが、前記スリーブを軸方向に伸長すると、スリーブ径が縮径する方向に前記スリーブが付勢されるように構成されている、工程と、
前記シートの一端に隣接する前記スリーブの一端を固定する工程と、
前記スリーブを前記絶縁材料のシートの周囲に径方向内方に付勢するように、前記スリーブの他端を、前記スリーブに対して軸方向に引っ張る工程と、
前記シートの他端に隣接する前記スリーブの他端を固定する工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記ワイヤが一体に織られている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤが編まれている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブを引っ張る工程が、前記スリーブの前記径方向内方の付勢により前記断熱材料に対して圧縮力を与えるように、前記スリーブの他端を十分に引っ張ることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブを位置付ける工程の前に、前記断熱材料のシートの周囲に箔のシートを固定することをさらに含み、前記位置付ける工程において、前記ワイヤスリーブを前記箔シートの上に位置付ける、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記箔シートはステンレス鋼である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記箔シートを固定する工程が、前記箔シートをその縁部の周囲において溶接することによって前記箔シートを前記断熱材料シートの周囲に固定することをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記固定する工程が、前記ワイヤスリーブを前記断熱された装置の両端に溶接することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記装置が金属の外側シェルを有し、前記断熱材料シートを固定する工程が、前記断熱材料シートを前記シェルの周囲に固定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記装置の外側シェルが略円筒状であり、前記スリーブを引っ張る工程が、前記スリーブの前記径方向内方の付勢により前記断熱材料に対して略均一な圧縮力を与えるように、前記スリーブの他端を十分に引っ張ることを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 廃ガス後処理又は防音装置に外側断熱を設ける方法であって、
前記装置の外面の周囲に断熱ブランケットを固定する工程と、
前記断熱ブランケットの周囲に箔のシートを固定する工程と、
織るか編み込むかのいずれかを選択して複数のワイヤを相互接続して軸方向に配向されたスリーブとすることにより、前記スリーブを前記軸方向に伸長すると前記スリーブが径方向内方に付勢されるようにする工程と、
前記ワイヤスリーブを前記箔シートの周囲に位置付ける工程と、
前記断熱ブランケットの一端に隣接する前記ワイヤスリーブの一端を固定する工程と、
前記スリーブが径方向内方に十分に付勢されて前記断熱ブランケットに対して圧縮力を与えるように、前記スリーブの他端を前記軸方向に引っ張る工程と、
前記断熱ブランケットの他端に隣接する前記スリーブの他端を固定する工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記箔シートがステンレス鋼である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記箔シートを固定する工程が、前記箔シートをその縁部の周囲において溶接することによって前記箔シートを前記断熱ブランケットの周囲に固定することをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記固定する工程が、前記ワイヤスリーブを前記断熱ブランケットの両端で溶接することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記装置が金属の外側シェルを有し、前記断熱ブランケットを固定する工程が、前記断熱ブランケットを前記シェルの周囲に固定する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記装置の外側シェルが略円筒状であり、前記スリーブを引っ張る工程が、前記スリーブの前記径方向内方の付勢により前記断熱ブランケットに対して略均一な圧縮力を与えるように、前記スリーブの他端を十分に引っ張ることを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
