Abstract
Description
R1およびR2は独立して、C1−C6アルキル基またはC1−C6アルコキシアルキル基であり、並びに
R3、R4、R5、R6、R7、R8およびR9(R3−R9)が存在する場合、これらは独立して、ヒドリド、C1−C6アルキル、C1−C6アルコキシアルキル基またはC1−C6アルコキシ基である]
からなる群から選択される式に対応する。イオン液体の陰イオンは、ハロゲン、擬ハロゲン、またはC1−C6カルボン酸イオンである。2つの異性体の1,2,3−トリアゾールが存在することは留意されるべきである。陽イオン形成に必要でないすべてのR基がヒドリドであることが好ましい。

実施例1
イオン液体である1−ブチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムクロリドを、70℃の水浴中に置いて溶かした。約0.1グラム程度のWO 93/12275の特許に記載された繊維またはアクアソーブ(Aquasorb)(ヘラクレス社(Hercules Inc)によって製造)を、20ml シンチレーションバイアルに量り分けた。十分に溶けたイオン液体をバイアルに加えて、1重量%のポリマーの最終濃度を得た。蓋のないバイアルを電子レンジ中に置き、最大電力で5秒間加熱した。バイアルを取り出し、溶液を混合した。ポリマーの全溶解に達するまでこれを繰り返した。
イオン液体である1−エチル−3−メチルイミダゾリウムアセテートを用いて、WO 93/12275の特許に記載された繊維の2重量%の溶液を製造し、商標アクアセル(Aquacel)(登録商標)の下で販売した。繊維の塊(flock)を周囲温度(必要なら加熱)で溶媒中に分散させて、溶液を形成する。
イオン液体である1−エチル,3−メチルイミダゾリウムアセテートを用いて、ヘラクレス アクアロン(Aqualon) A−500の2重量%の溶液を製造した。該粉末を周囲温度(必要なら加熱)で溶媒中に分散させて、溶液を形成する。
Claims (10)
- 創傷ケアに使用するのに適したゲル形成物質の成分の溶解方法で、前記成分をイオン液体と混合する段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 該ゲル形成物質がゲル形成繊維である、請求項1の方法。
- 該ゲル形成繊維が修飾セルロース繊維である、請求項2の方法。
- 該イオン液体が、三級アミンN−オキシド、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド/四酸化窒素混合物、ジメチルスルホキシド/パラホルムアルデヒド混合物、および塩化リチウムのN,N−ジメチルアセトアミドもしくはN−メチルピロリドン溶液の群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれかの方法。
- 該創傷ケアに使用するのに適したゲル形成物質の成分が、カルボキシメチルセルロース粉末である、請求項1〜4のいずれかの方法。
- 化学修飾セルロースのイオン溶液を含む溶液。
- 該イオン液体が、三級アミンN−オキシド、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド/四酸化窒素混合物、ジメチルスルホキシド/パラホルムアルデヒド混合物、および塩化リチウムのN,N−ジメチルアセトアミドもしくはN−メチルピロリドン溶液の群から選択される、請求項6の溶液。
- 該化学修飾セルロースがカルボキシメチルセルロース粉末である、請求項6および7の溶液。
- 化学修飾セルロースのイオン溶液を、前記イオン液体と混合できる化学修飾セルロースのための液体非溶媒と混合し、前記混合によって、該セルロースおよびイオン液体が固相および液相を形成することを特徴とする、化学修飾セルロースの再生方法。
- 化学修飾セルロースのイオン溶液を、該イオン液体と混合できる化学修飾セルロースのための液体非溶媒の槽の中に紡糸し、前記紡糸によって、該セルロースおよびイオン液体が繊維相および液相を形成することを特徴とする、化学修飾セルロースの電界紡糸法。
