Abstract
Description
所定容積の血管の存在を検出するのに適した検出器システムと、
上記検出器システムによって提供される情報に応じて針を移動するのに適した制御ユニットと、
注入される物質または採取されるサンプルを収容するための少なくとも1つの容器と、
を備えることを特徴とする。
筐体に対して針を移動するのに適したマイクロ電気機械システムと、
サンプルを分析するのに適する手段と、
分析結果を表す信号を外部機器または別の注入およびサンプル採取デバイスに送信するのに適する手段と、
検出器システムによって受信された信号の表す情報を提供するのに適した音声および/または視覚信号を提供する信号伝達手段と、
接着面と、
独立した電源、および/または
針を殺菌するためのマイクロレーザ、またはマイクロ波もしくは超音波ガン
を含む。
−本発明のデバイスによって、人は自力で、安全な方法で、注入または血液サンプルを採取することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、各種の医療物質を注入することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、単一のデバイスを用いて、および容器を交換せずに、複数の患者からサンプルを繰り返し採取することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、単一のデバイスを用いて、および容器を交換せずに、サンプルを採取し、その後所与の患者に注入を実行することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、針が僅かに見えることに伴う何らかのストレスを回避することができる。

Claims (23)
- 筐体(2、73)と前記筐体(2、73)に対して移動可能な少なくとも1本の針(15、81)とを備えた医療用の自動小型注入およびサンプル採取デバイス(1、70)であって、
所定容積の血管の存在を検出するのに適した検出器システム(12、88)と、
前記検出器システム(12、88)によって提供される情報に応じて針を移動させるのに適した制御ユニット(7、77)と、
注入される物質または採取されるサンプルを収容するための少なくとも1つの容器(13、79)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、自動小型注入およびサンプル採取デバイス(1、70)。 - 針を麻酔物質と接触させるための手段(20、85)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 針を殺菌物質と接触させるための手段(20、85)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 針を物質のうちの1つと接触させるための手段(20、85)が、前記麻酔または殺菌物質を針に吹き付けるのに適した要素を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 前記物質を針に吹き付けるのに適した要素が、マイクロ電気機械システムを備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 注入を実行するために、前記注入物質を容器から押し出すのに適した手段(11、14、80、86)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 前記注入物質を容器から押し出すのに適した手段(11、14、80、86)が空気圧式であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 前記注入物質を容器から押し出すのに適した手段(11、14、80、86)が、マイクロ電気機械システムを備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 筐体に対して針を移動させるのに適したマイクロ電気機械システム(11、16、86、82)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- サンプルを分析するのに適した手段(10、87)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 分析結果を表す信号を外部機器に送信するのに適した手段(9、78)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 分析結果を表す信号を別の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス(1、70)に送信するのに適した手段(9、78)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 検出器システム(12、88)によって受信された信号の表す情報を提供するのに適した信号送信手段(8、76)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
- 信号送信手段(8、76)が、音声および/または視覚信号を提供することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。

- 対応する針(15、81)と対応するポンプデバイス(14、80)とにそれぞれ接続された複数の容器(13、79)を含み、
対応する針と対応するポンプデバイスとを備えた各容器はセグメント(22)を形成し、
前記セグメント(22)は、相互に一体的に結合されて筐体(2、73)に対して着脱可能なカートリッジ(3、74)を形成し、
前記制御ユニット(7、77)は、個々に各セグメント(22)に作用するように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から21のいずれか一項に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。 - 筐体(2、73)内のカートリッジ(3、74)を回転することにより、各セグメント(22)を移動させて電気機械システム(11、86)に連続的に位置合わせするように設計された回転駆動システム(21、89)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の注入およびサンプル採取デバイス。
