Description

検出器システムによって受信された信号の表す情報を提供するのに適した音声および/または視覚信号を提供する信号伝達手段と、
接着面と、
独立した電源、および/または
針を殺菌するためのマイクロレーザ、またはマイクロ波もしくは超音波ガン
を含む。
−本発明のデバイスによって、人は自力で、安全な方法で、注入または血液サンプルを採取することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、各種の医療物質を注入することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、単一のデバイスを用いて、および容器を交換せずに、複数の患者からサンプルを繰り返し採取することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、単一のデバイスを用いて、および容器を交換せずに、サンプルを採取し、その後所与の患者に注入を実行することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、針が僅かに見えることに伴う何らかのストレスを回避することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、サンプルの採取および注入を、事実上苦痛を伴わずに実行することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、使用される殺菌剤、麻酔薬または治療物質の量を大幅に低減することができる。
−本発明のデバイスによって、針が誤って位置決めされたときに見られる種類の注入エラーのリスクを低減することができる。
Claims (17)
- 長手軸に沿って延びる筐体(2、73)と、
前記筐体(2、73)に対して、前記長手軸に沿って移動可能な少なくとも1本の針(15、81)と、
容器(13、79)と、
少なくとも深さ情報を決定するために、ヒトまたは動物の体内の所定容積を調べるのに適した検出器システム(12、88)と、針は深さ情報に応じて前記体内に貫入されなければならず、
前記検出器システム(12、88)によって提供される深さ情報に応じて針(15、81)を移動させるのに適した制御ユニット(7、77)と、
を備えた、注入およびサンプル採取の少なくとも1つのための自動小型医療デバイスであって、
前記筐体(2、73)と、カートリッジ(3、74)と、検出器ベース(6、75)とをさらに備え、前記筐体(2、73)が前記制御ユニット(7、77)を備え、検出器ベース(6、75)が前記検出器システム(12、88)を備え、前記カートリッジ(3、74)が前記筐体(2、73)から着脱可能であり、前記カートリッジ(3、74)が、前記針(15、81)および前記容器(13、79)を設けられ、注入される物質または採取されるサンプルを前記針(15、81)と前記容器(13、79)との間で移送するポンプデバイス(14、80)をさらに備え、前記ポンプデバイス(14、80)が、前記筐体内に、前記長手軸に沿って移動可能に配置されていることを特徴とする、自動小型医療デバイス。 - 前記カートリッジが、前記筐体(2、73)のベース(6)に載っている固定底部(18、83)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記針(15、81)を麻酔物質と接触させるための手段(20、85)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記針(15、81)を殺菌物質と接触させるための手段(20、85)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記固定底部(18、83)が、前記麻酔物質、前記殺菌物質の少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの容器を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2および3または4に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記針(15、81)を殺菌するためのマイクロレーザ、またはマイクロ波もしくは超音波ガンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記筐体(2)が、相互に分離可能な、少なくとも中央本体(5)および上部カバー(4)を備え、前記上部カバー(4)が前記制御ユニット(7、77)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ポンプデバイス(14、80)が前記針(15、81)および前記容器(13、79)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記針(15、81)が、所与の励起下で正確な距離だけ拡張するように較正され、変形可能な形状記憶コーン(16、82)を介して前記ポンプデバイス(14、80)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記カートリッジ(3、74)の前記ポンプデバイス(14、80)および前記固定底部(18、83)の間に設けられ、復元力を加えて前記ポンプデバイス(14、80)と前記固定底部(18、83)との間の隙間を維持する弾性要素(19、84)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 対応する針(15、81)と対応するポンプデバイス(14、80)とにそれぞれ接続された複数の容器(13、79)を含み、
対応する針と対応するポンプデバイスとを備えた各容器はセグメント(22)を形成し、
前記セグメント(22)は、相互に一体的に結合されて筐体(2、73)に対して着脱可能なカートリッジ(3、74)を形成し、
前記制御ユニット(7、77)は、個々に各セグメント(22)に作用するように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記容器(13、79)に含まれるサンプルを分析するのに適した手段(10、87)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 分析結果を表す信号を外部機器、別の注入および/またはサンプル採取デバイス(1、0)の少なくとも1つに送信するのに適した手段(9、78)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の医療デバイス。
- 検出器システム(12、88)によって受信された信号の表す情報を提供するのに適した信号送信手段(8、76)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ポンプデバイス(11、14、80、86)がマイクロ電気機械式システムを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 独立した電源を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の医療デバイス。
