Abstract
【解決手段】ディスプレイシステム(800)は、第1平面(529)内で電気的に接続された第1の半導体光源(530)を備えている。第1平面(529)とは個別の第2平面(533)において第2の半導体光源(534)が電気的に接続される。少なくとも第2の半導体光源(534)の巾に等しい距離(312)だけ第1の半導体光源(530)から離れて第1平面(529)内で第3の半導体光源(532)が電気的に接続される。電気的に接続された第2の半導体光源(534)を、電気的に接続された第1の半導体光源(530)と電気的に接続された第3の半導体光源(532)との間に位置させることにより、第1平面(529)及び第2平面(533)が結合平面(535)へと合体される。

Description
1.整列特徴部642がLED308及び整列エリア313に形成される。(図6)
2.頂部可撓線422上の第2のLED534が底部整列エリア536に嵌合するように位置され、そして第1のLED530及び第3のLED532が、各々、第1の頂部整列エリア538及び第2の頂部整列エリア540に嵌合するように位置される。(図5)
3.アッセンブリハウジング320が頂部可撓線422及び底部可撓線424を包囲する。(図4)
4.頂部可撓線422及び底部可撓線424が折り返し部314により接続され、折り返し型可撓線316を形成する。この折り返し型可撓線316は、電力供給コンタクト318と共に、アッセンブリハウジング320に包囲され、取り外し可能な光ストリップ206を形成する。(図3)
5.取り外し可能な光ストリップ206がスクリーン104に嵌合されて、このスクリーンを照明する。(図2)

- 第1平面(529)内で第1の半導体光源(530)を電気的に接続し(802)、
前記第1平面(529)とは個別の第2平面(533)内で第2の半導体光源(534)を電気的に接続し(804)、
少なくとも前記第2の半導体光源(534)の巾に等しい距離(312)だけ前記第1の半導体光源(530)から離れて前記第1平面(529)内で第3の半導体光源(532)を電気的に接続し(806)、そして
前記電気的に接続された第2の半導体光源(534)を、前記電気的に接続された第1の半導体光源(530)と前記電気的に接続された第3の半導体光源(532)との間に位置させることにより、前記第1平面(529)及び第2平面(533)を結合平面(535)へと合体させる(808)、
ことを含むディスプレイシステム(800)。 - 前記第1の半導体光源(530)及び前記第3の半導体光源(532)を底部可撓線(424)に装着し、そして
前記第2の半導体光源(534)を頂部可撓線(422)に装着する、
ことを更に含む請求項1に記載のシステム(800)。 - 前記頂部可撓線(422)及び底部可撓線(424)を結合可撓線(421)へと合体することを更に含む、請求項2に記載のシステム(800)。
- 少なくとも前記第2の半導体光源(534)の巾に等しい距離(312)だけ前記第1の半導体光源(530)から離れて前記第1平面(529)内で第3の半導体光源(532)を電気的に接続する(806)ことは、整列エリア(536)を形成すること、及びその整列エリアに前記第2の半導体光源(534)を位置させることを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム(800)。
- 前記第1平面(529)及び第2平面(533)を合体する(808)ことは、取り外し可能な光ストリップ(700)を形成することを更に含む、請求項1に記載のシステム(800)。
- 前記取り外し可能な光ストリップ(700)をスクリーン(104)に電気的に接続することを更に含む、請求項5に記載のシステム(800)。
- 前記第1、第2、及び第3の半導体光源(530,534,532)に第1の整列特徴部(642)を形成し、
前記第1平面(529)及び第2平面(533)に相補的で且つ一致する第2の整列特徴部(642)を形成し、そして
前記第1の整列特徴部(642)及び第2の整列特徴部(642)を使用して、前記第1平面(529)と第2平面(533)を整列させる、
ことを更に含む請求項1に記載のシステム(800)。 - 頂部層のプリント回路板(704)を準備し、
前記頂部層のプリント回路板(704)に第1の半導体光源(530)を装着し、
前記第1の半導体光源(530)を第2の半導体光源(534)に電気的に接続するために前記頂部層のプリント回路板(704)に必要とされる距離より短い距離において前記頂部層のプリント回路板(704)に第2の半導体光源(534)を装着し、
前記頂部層のプリント回路板(704)を底部層のプリント回路板(706)に取り付け、そして
前記底部層のプリント回路板(706)において前記第1の半導体光源(530)及び第2の半導体光源(534)を電気的に接続する、
ことを含むディスプレイシステム。 - 前記頂部層のプリント回路板(704)に反射壁(708)を取り付けることを更に含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 第1平面(529)内で電気的に接続された第1の半導体光源(530)と、
前記第1平面(529)とは個別の第2平面(533)内で電気的に接続されたという特性を有する第2の半導体光源(534)と、
少なくとも前記第2の半導体光源(534)の巾に等しい距離(312)だけ前記第1の半導体光源(530)から離れて第1平面(529)内で電気的に接続された第3の半導体光源(532)と、
を備え、前記第2の半導体光源(534)は、前記第1の半導体光源(530)と前記第3の半導体光源(532)との間に位置されて、前記第1平面(529)及び第2平面(533)を結合平面(535)へと合体するようにした、ディスプレイシステム。 - 底部可撓線(424)と、
頂部可撓線(422)と、
を更に備え、前記第1の半導体光源(530)及び第3の半導体光源(532)は、前記底部可撓線(424)に装着され、そして
前記第2の半導体光源(534)は、前記頂部可撓線(422)に装着される、
請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記頂部可撓線(422)及び前記底部可撓線(424)を合併することにより形成された結合可撓線(421)を更に備えた、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1平面(529)内で前記第1の半導体光源(530)と前記第3の半導体光源(532)との間に前記第2の半導体光源(534)の巾に等しい整列エリア(536)を更に備え、
前記第2の半導体光源(534)は、前記整列エリア(536)に位置される、
請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記結合平面(535)は、取り外し可能な光ストリップ(700)である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記取り外し可能な光ストリップ(700)に電気的に接続されたスクリーン(104)を更に備えた、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1、第2及び第3の半導体光源(530,534,532)に形成された第1の整列特徴部(642)と、
前記第1平面(529)及び第2平面(533)に形成された相補的で且つ一致する第2の整列特徴部(642)と、
を更に備え、前記第1の整列特徴部(642)及び第2の整列特徴部(642)は、前記第1平面(529)及び第2平面(533)を整列させる、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 頂部層のプリント回路板(704)と、
前記頂部層のプリント回路板(704)に装着された第1の半導体光源(530)と、
前記第1の半導体光源(530)を第2の半導体光源(534)に電気的に接続するために前記頂部層のプリント回路板(704)に必要とされる距離より短い距離において前記頂部層のプリント回路板(704)に装着された第2の半導体光源(534)と、
前記頂部層のプリント回路板(704)に取り付けられた底部層のプリント回路板(706)と、
を備え、前記第1の半導体光源(530)及び第2の半導体光源(534)は、前記底部層のプリント回路板(706)において電気的に接続される、ディスプレイシステム。 - 前記頂部層のプリント回路板(704)に取り付けられた反射壁(708)を更に備えた、請求項17に記載のシステム。
