Claims (14)
- 照明装置の光源の外側に配置され、光源から放出された光を外部へ出射する照明装置用カバープレートであって、
内部に光の散乱のための気泡を5〜35%の含有率で含有する光透過性樹脂材質よりなり、前記光源から放出された光を当該カバープレートの全面を通して拡散及び出射させることを特徴とする照明装置用カバープレート。 - 前記気泡は60μm〜700μm範囲の平均サイズ(平均直径)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置用カバープレート。
- 前記気泡は、光入射面から光出射面側に行くほどその平均サイズ(平均直径)が増大又は減少することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置用カバープレート。
- 光源と対向する光入射面に所定の凹凸状パターンが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置用カバープレート。
- 前記パターンは、プリズム状、多角錐状、またはエンボス状よりなり、光入射面の全面にわたって連続的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の照明装置用カバープレート。
- 前記カバープレートは、
内部に光の散乱のための無数の気泡が形成された所定厚さの気泡層と、
前記気泡層の一面に界面なく一体に形成され、且つ内部に気泡が形成されない所定厚さの光透過層と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置用カバープレート。 - 前記光透過層の外面に所定の凹凸状パターンが連続的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の照明装置用カバープレート。
- 前記光透過層は、前記気泡層と同じ材料からなり、前記気泡層の一面に重なり合って接着していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の照明装置用カバープレート。
- ケースと、
前記ケースの内部に設けられて光を放出する光源と、
前記光源の外側に配置されたカバープレートであって、内部に光の散乱のための気泡を5〜35%の含有率で含有する光透過性樹脂材質よりなり、前記光源から放出された光を全面に拡散させながら出射させるカバープレートと
を備えてなる照明装置。 - 当該カバープレートが前記光源の側に撓むことを防ぐべく、前記ケースの内側に前記カバープレートの後方面を保持するように設けられた保持部材を更に備えてなる請求項9に記載の照明装置。
- 前記カバープレートの前方面または後方面に配置されると共に光透過性樹脂材質からなる補助拡散用樹脂板を更に備えてなる請求項9に記載の照明装置。
- 前記カバープレートの気泡は60μm〜700μmの範囲の直径を有する請求項9に記載の照明装置。
- 光源と対向する光入射面に所定の凹凸状パターンが形成されている請求項9に記載の照明装置。
- 前記カバープレートは、
内部に光の散乱のための無数の気泡が形成された所定厚さの気泡層と、
前記気泡層の一面に界面なく一体に形成され、且つ内部に気泡が形成されない所定厚さの光透過層と
を含んでいる請求項9に記載の照明装置。
