Description
Claims (20)

- 請求項1の血管アクセス器具であって、セプタムが長手方向軸を有し、スリットが、スリット第一端およびスリット第二端間のスリット幅を有し、スリット幅は長手方向軸に直角に伸び、セプタムは、さらに、スリット第一および第二端の少なくとも一方に少なくとも実質的に近接して配置された、少なくとも一つのスリット止めを含み、スリット止めは、セプタムの裂開に抵抗するように適合されていることを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項2の血管アクセス器具であって、少なくとも一つのスリット止めはバンパーを含むことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項2の血管アクセス器具であって、少なくとも一つのスリット止めは外方リングを含むことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項4の血管アクセス器具であって、外方リングは整列された繊維を含むことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項1の血管アクセス器具であって、第二の材料が潤滑性材料であることを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項6の血管アクセス器具であって、第二の材料が、パリレンコーティング、シリコン油コーティング、および、フッ素化シリコン油コーティングから選択されることを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項6の血管アクセス器具であって、第二の材料がスリットの少なくとも一部の中に配置されていることを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項6の血管アクセス器具であって、第二の材料が硬化性の潤滑性材料であることを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項1の血管アクセス器具であって、第二の材料はエラストマー材料であり、第二の材料がセプタムを通る通路の選択的な拡張および収縮を提供するようにスリットと作用的な関係に配置されることを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項10の血管アクセス器具であって、エラストマーの第二の材料が高度に多孔性の材料であることを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 血管アクセス器具を製造するための方法であって、第一本体端部領域および第二本体端部領域を有し、そこを通って伸びる通路を画定する本体を用意すること、少なくとも第一および第二の材料を含むセプタムであって、セプタムが、第一セプタム端部領域および第二セプタム端部領域を含み、セプタムが、さらに、第一セプタム端部領域から第二セプタム端部領域に伸びるスリットを含み、第一および第二の材料がセプタムの裂開に抵抗するように適合されているセプタムを用意すること、本体を通って伸びる通路を少なくとも実質的にシールするために、本体内に、セプタムのスリットがセプタムおよび本体を通る選択的な通路を提供するように適合されているセプタムの少なくとも一部を配置することを含むことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具を製造するための方法。
- 請求項12の方法であって、セプタムが長手方向軸を有し、スリットが、スリット第一端およびスリット第二端間のスリット幅を有し、スリット幅が長手方向と直交する方向に伸び、セプタムを用意することが、スリット第一および第二端の少なくとも一方に少なくとも実質的に近接して配置された少なくとも一つのスリット止めを形成することを含み、少なくとも一つのスリット止めがセプタムの裂開に抵抗するように適合されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12の方法であって、少なくとも第一および第二材料を含むセプタムを用意することが、スリットと作用的な関係にある潤滑性の材料を配置することを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14の方法であって、潤滑性の材料は、セプタムが本体に配置された後、セプタムに加えられることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項12の方法であって、セプタムを用意することが、エラストマー材料を、セプタムを通る通路の選択的な拡張と収縮を提供するように、スリットと作用的な関係においてセプタムに組み込むことを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 血管アクセス器具であって、患者の血管系および少なく一つの付加的な医療機器に対して選択的に結合し、それを通って伸びる通路を有する本体手段、本体を通る通路を選択的におよび少なくとも実質的にシールするためのスリットを含むシール手段、および、スリットに近接したシール手段の裂開を阻止するための手段を含むことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項17の血管アクセス器具であって、裂開を阻止する手段が、スリットの少なくとも一部に少なくとも実質的に近接して配置されたスリットの摩擦を減少するための潤滑手段を含むことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項17の血管アクセス器具であって、裂開を阻止する手段が、スリットの少なくとも一部に少なくとも実質的に近接して配置された、裂開の伝播を防止するためのバリヤー手段を含むことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
- 請求項17の血管アクセス器具であって、裂開を阻止する手段が、スリットの少なくとも一部に少なくとも実質的に近接して配置されたシール手段の柔軟性を増大させるための弾性手段を含むことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。
