Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- レーザ光により対象を照射するようレーザを制御するコントローラであって、
前記レーザへ電力パルスを供給するよう配置される電源を有し、
検出される前記対象から反射されたレーザ光に依存して1又はそれ以上の電力パルスを抑止する、コントローラ。 - 前記反射光と前記レーザによって放射される光との間の相互作用によって発生する信号の電力に依存して前記1又はそれ以上の電力パルスを抑止する、請求項1記載のコントローラ。
- 前記相互作用は前記レーザのキャビティ内で起こる、請求項2記載のコントローラ。
- 前記信号の電力が第1の閾値を下回るか又は第2の閾値を上回る場合に前記1又はそれ以上の電力パルスを抑止する、請求項2記載のコントローラ。
- 前記電力パルスは、前記レーザの温度を安定させる加熱成分を含む、請求項1記載のコントローラ。
- 前記電力パルスは、前記レーザにレーザ放射を発生させる成分を含む、請求項1記載のコントローラ。
- 前記加熱成分は、該加熱成分の振幅及び存続期間を制御するよう、プログラム可能であるコントローラ信号によって制御される、請求項5記載のコントローラ。
- 前記レーザは、無電力インターバルが散在する複数の電力パルスを供給される、請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項記載のコントローラ。
- 前記レーザに対する対象の速度及び/又は配置を決定することができる、請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載のコントローラ。
- 前記レーザは、少なくとも1つのレーザ波長を発生させるよう配置される、請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか一項記載のコントローラ。
- 検出されるレーザ光の複数のパラメータ値を測定し、前記検出されるレーザ光のパラメータ値の相関関係が少なくとも1つの更なるパラメータ値の予測を可能にする場合に1又はそれ以上の電力パルスを抑止する、請求項1記載のコントローラ。
- レーザがレーザ光により対象を照射するよう該レーザへ電力パルスを供給するステップと、
前記対象から反射されたレーザ光を検出するステップと、
検出された前記対象から反射されたレーザ光に依存して1又はそれ以上の電力パルスを抑止するステップと
を有するレーザ制御方法。 - 前記電力パルスは、前記レーザの温度を安定させる加熱成分を含む、請求項12記載のレーザ制御方法。
- 前記電力パルスは、前記レーザにレーザ放射を発生させる成分を含み、
前記温度の安定化は、所定の波長が前記レーザから放射されることを確かにする、請求項13記載のレーザ制御方法。 - コントローラが、検出されるレーザ光の複数のパラメータ値を測定し、前記検出されるレーザ光のパラメータ値の相関関係が少なくとも1つの更なるパラメータ値の予測を可能にする場合に1又はそれ以上の電力パルスを抑止する、請求項12記載のレーザ制御方法。
- 前記対象から反射されたレーザ光は、前記対象に入射する前記レーザ光とのセルフミキシングを受ける、請求項12乃至15のうちいずれか一項記載のレーザ制御方法。
